We arrived late in the evening and was pleased to see our guide with our names on a board waiting to take us to our hotel. This is a must do when arriving in a new city. Job well done!

We were met at the airport by a smart man holding a board with our name on. We arrived New Year's Eve and it was bedlam outside the airport when we arrived and we don't know what we would have done if we had not booked this transfer.

With 2 kids who had never travelled plus the tiredness from the long plne trip and the extreme humidity and general confusion at airport on arrival - it was well worth the extra money.

The airport to hotel transfer was fantastic. But the transfer from hotel to the airport was very warm because the minibus air conditioning was not working.

No body at airport when we arrived, had to make 2 phone calls before anybody arrived, Taxi would have been easier. Not a good start to our vacation.
