Worth doing, however, the tour started with our guide forgetting about us so we started late and couldn't do the cyclo and market tour. But once this was sorted a great tour, do NOT eat before you go!

Great fun and interesting, however the tour guide did not speak good enough English to be understood. Actual cooking and learning from the chef was good; although he also did not speak English, and guide's translation was very poor. We would have liked to ask more questions about Vietnamese cooking. Also, we would have liked to be able to choose items to cook. They have three menus, but we just did what they said! As we were the only two in the class, surely they could have customized it. Also, we had to tip the drivers and the chef. This was supposed to be all inclusive, and as Aussies, tipping is not normal. Having to be "asked" to tip is very off-putting.
