Your adventure starts with a leisurely sail around historic Hassel Island, for panoramic views of sights old and new. You’ll see massive modern cruise ships docked at the West Indian Company dock, and the historic remains of the old pier and forts used by traders and pirates in previous centuries. After a 1.5-hour meandering sail, your catamaran glides into Honeymoon Beach on Water Island. Enjoy a swim before your BBQ dinner on an almost deserted beach.
Your BBQ feast is catered by Heidi, a well-known caterer who hosts a popular local Sunday afternoon feast and whose food is legendary. Indulge on BBQ baby back ribs and chicken, salad and rolls.
The beach faces west for perfect sunset views as you watch the sun dip towards the Caribbean Sea. You’ll sail into the inviting sunset on your cruise back to St. Thomas, and enjoy the beverage of your choice – including the famous Painkiller if you choose.

Departure Point:Tour departs from the West Indian Company cruiseship dock in Havensight
Departure Time:3:15pm - Check-in is 30 minutes prior at 2:45pm
Return details:Tour returns at approximately 7:00pm

Itinerary:- Board the Adventurer from the waterfront pick-up location
- Set sail along the coast of Hassel Island past the historical fort and pier. You will sail around the south coast of Hassel island and meander between Hassel and Water Island. Rounding the North point of Water island you will enter the west facing bay of palm lined Honeymoon Beach
- Disembark the Adventurer and go ashore to Heidi's BBQ Grill
- Dine in a laid back Caribbean setting of coconut palms, sandy beach, and the sun beginning lowering towards the Caribbean Sea. Heidi's BBQ chicken and ribs are renowned in St. Thomas
- You will board the Adventurer and the Captain will point her west into the sunset. You will sail casually back to the waterfront with great memories and pictures!
