After nearly 24 hours of travelling, it was splendid to see our private driver waiting for us outside the customs hall. He was a young, english speaking student who gave us many tips on our way to the hotel. We would use this service again - DEFINITELY!

The driver was waiting in the arrivals lounge when we arrived helped us with our cases and chatted away until we reached the hotel.

A beautiful city, and the Polish people were very approachable and friendly. The service we received during our stay was second to none.
Were met at airport as per instructions, driver couldn't speak much English but when he found we couldn't get near our hotel due to the Warsaw Marathon he managed to explain that it would take a further 15 minutes to drive around the diversion. However the hotel was only 1.5 minutes walk from the nearest point he could get to hotel so we walked. No problem at all

The driver was there waiting as I arrived in the terminal. The airport transfer was quick and the driver told me many interesting facts about Warsaw on the way to my hotel. He pointed out different buildings and explained a little about the city's history. He was very friendly and spoke very good English. Definitely worth looking into.
