The bus moved too slowly due to the large amount of traffic, so spent many hours just sitting in traffic which didn't seem like a good way to around.

This is the way to go! D.C. is so big it is hard to see it all. I would recommend more buses with a shorter waiting time between buses. Also, a sticker on or wristband. The receipt can get soggy. Some way of identifying stops better. We lost a whole hour when we waited on the wrong side of a building to be picked up.

Tour was OK for a hop on hop off most of info was canned and no real tour guide. the times are way out of whack. Only only once did the bus come on time so did a lot of waiting for the next bus.

My group felt like the hop-on hop-0ff tour could use improvement. We thought we could have used more information about the stops and wondered why we could not "go back" from a stop instead of having to go in a complete circle to catch the next bus.

The first day was wonderful. However, the second day much of the route was closed for something that was going on and we were not able to do some of the things that we had intended. We questioned being able to use the ticket the following day since there was a problem, but no one was able to answer the question. We felt that we did not get our money's worth on the second day.

The tour is great but the buses need fixng. We had one bus on the redline and the yellow that the air conditionwas broke and the windows were not opened. It was very hot almost to makin a person sick. Also the speaker on a least one bus was broke and you could not understand the tour information. Someone in corporate needs to look in to the buses.

On our second day, we started out on the yellow line and went upstairs to find a lot trash on the floor. we think the day should have started out trash free. Then later in the day again on the yellow line, the female ticker taker was interested in napping between stops.

Somes of the tour guides would give information, others would use the automated on the bus. would like to see marked bus stops likeother cities. This was not as pleaant of a tour as ot Viatortours we have taken in the past.

One day is enough and if your going to take the tour, stay on the bus. We got off and when we tried to get it at the end of the day, we couldn't get one.

Bus was good but would have been better if the times off different coloured lines were co-ordinated

Must have struck the two wettest days in Washington DC. Buses broke down and as international visitors we were amazed to see that a paramedic vehicle turned up at one collection point looking for a bus that had made an emergency call, they couldn't find them.

Disappointing. Had been on the Trolley Bus tour of Boston the week before and perhaps our expectations were too high. The commentary was repetitive and in some cases inaudible. The drivers were not terribly helpful. One failed to time the commentary to coincide with the sight that it was describing and another dropped us at Arlington Cemetary and didn't mention that the next bus back would be the last of the day - we caught it by the skin of our teeth. Having said that, it was still a good way to get to grips with Washington quickly.

I was missing the informaiton in different language. We had traveller who didn't speak good English at all. This tour needs to be in other languages, too. Overall it was very good and lot's of assistance from the driver and the employees. Thank you.

Was very good. The only thing bad was where to pick the coach up. You pretty well had to go downtown to get on the bus. Also, it was very HOT while I was there (Memorial Day weekend). If I went back, it would be at a different time of year.
