Robert was incredibly well prepared for such an intense day. Some very moving stories shared at some very poignant sites. Absolutely brilliant!!

This tour was made especially memorable for my 89 year old WWII veteran dad and myself by our guide, Robert Hoffman, who took the time to explain the stories behind the memorials and accommodate us along the way. We were not rushed and every question was answered.

Enjoyed the tour, was a small group, tour guide was irritating at times! however the visits to the memorials and Arlington Cemetery was quite moving and it was great to get the history of each memorial. So all in all well worth it

I would really give the trip 31/2 stars of I could. There wasn't enough time spent at Arlington. Although the tour guide was wonderful, the bus driver had no idea how to get where we were going and the guide had to give him directions. Often the driver wasn't there when we were finished and we had to wait for him, taking away time from the tour. We didn't have to make the stop outside the White House, it was a waste of time, we didn't go to the Viet Nam Memorial or the Korean Was Memorial as we ran out of time also. But what we did see was very enjoyable and again let me commend the guide as being excellent.

When we booked this tour it said "Tram ticket for Arlington National Cemetery included". Our guide walked us up and down hills and all around the cemetery. He said he thought we wanted to walk!!! I am 76 and my husband 77 years old and we were absolutely exhausted. Thats not what we paid for. Never saw the pentagon and had to ask to eat lunch. I'll give him credit for his knowledge and stories.

We were somewhat disappointed in our tour. Although our guide,Tony, was very informative he seemed to have his own agenda. We did not ride the tram at Arlington. Walking through Arlington was not fun for our party of four 65 - 75 y.o. travelers. Also we did not see several of the sites listed. I don't think he was going to stop for lunch until we asked him to. The driver, Mike, was excellent though and we never had to wait for him to pick up us to go to the next site. He was very friendly. We would have preferred the tour to be just as advertised.
