This tour was an ideal way to get around Washington DC. We never waited very long for a bus and the staff were really accomodating. Our questions were answered quickly and they went out of their way to help us.
The locations that we were able to see were great. We loved it and cant wait to do it again!!
Bus tour was awesome. Easy to find where to get your tickets at Union Station - busses were right out front - no wait time to get moving. Double Decker is a huge advantage when viewing the Departments such as Treasury etc... I'd do it again in a heart beat - great value.
This is well worth the money takes you to every place you would want to visit in DC , we waited no more than 20 minutes for a bus once we got off and the staff were great and very helpful.
Very nice people and buses. It snowed all day both days but the buses ran according to schedule and even back up and moved around to get a better way for us to jump over the snow banks and into the bus! Very knowledgeable guides. We really enjoyed this!
We had a very short amount of time to sightsee. The bus tour was the perfect way to maximize our time.
The tours were great! Lots of great information from the tour guides. Would highly recommend this company!
Excellent! We had a guest from Tanzania East Africa who was delighted to see so much of the city in such an efficient way. Great Tour guides - beautiful weather. Wonderful accommodations. Thanks!
A great way to learn a lot about the city. The buses were clean and on time. I appreciated the additional benefits: free visit to Madame Tussaud's, Crime and Punishment Museum and free Potomac river cruise.
Informative, all personal helpful and friendly. We took all four lines and saw most everything. Great introduction to DC. It showed us where we wanted to explore more throughly.
This is a good way to visit Washington. The service is reliable and well posted through out the Capital and surrounding areas. All the staff were helpful on all the routes.
We took the 48 hour pass and took the complete Red Route the first day to get a feel for the city and to pick our favorite sites. Very good tour. The second day we got wet when a rain storm decided to pour on us up top. Everyone had a good time on the bus. No problems. Drivers and tour guides were really good. Would recommend this route for anyone that wants to get a feel for DC before you start hopping on/off.
It was absolutely wonderful after we had the oops with my online purchase. (There needs to be better communication between the local and the corporate office. This oops held us up and we were on a tight schedule.) HOWEVER! The trip was quite lovely. We went to places we hadn't been before, and the recording was very clear and made sure it matched where we were. (We've taken other tours, and this didn't happen.) There were 3 of us and we were delighted! Thanks bunches and boatloads! (OH - and we are 67, 79, and 80!)
Great way to see Washington. Especially appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, especially Alicia Griffin!
Fabulous way to see the city with 4 loops to select you get to see all parts. The added river cruise when you have 2 days gives you a different view of the city.
Highly recommend it
