Great routes and excellent guides. Only complaint is that we had a real problem locating the boarding spot at DuPont Circle, it is about 3 blocks off the actual circle itself.

This is an excellent value for money. The tour included four different loops, which meant changing buses at certain stops, but they ran every thirty minutes, so it was not a problem. My only disappointment was that they finished running too early! The last bus was at about five in the evening.

Great tour to learn a little history about our nation's capital. Recommend staying on the trolley for the entire route, then hopping off and on your second trip.

The trolley took us to interesting places but sometimes they were full so we had to wait for the next trolley.

Very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide and staff, who were happy to stop at 'photo points' along the routes. Trolley buses were clean and tidy - well worth doing.

The drivers were informed and friendly. On the pick up points, there should be better planning to have room for any waiting to customers. I recommend the tour!!!

It was a wonderful trip and the bus drivers were well prepared with answers to questions. They were all very knowledgeable about the attractions as well as history. The only thing I did not like was having to walk so far to the Library of Congress. There should be a stop there.

We had a very good time. The guides were friendly and provided interesting commentary. If you are over 5 ft. 9 inches tall, the seats may be a bit tight. It was worth the price.

The day was cold and rainy, but the trolleys came often, so it was OK. The stops are in good locations around town.

Tour itself was very good. The many sites of interest were all covered between the two tours available. The guides were mixed but all were knowledgeable, the main guy we were with was great although perhaps a little too much information at times however of the other two one was downright rude to other travellers and the other did not appear too interested in taking us to Arlington. In fairness it was quite late in the day and we would not have been able to do very much. In all Washington was very interesting and Old Town Trolley was a great way to see most of it in a short space of time.

Very good way of seeing the city. There is a big difference with the drivers, some are excellent and give interesting and clear information, a few others just like the sound of their own voice, and their own jokes! Worth doing if you wish to get an overview of the city.

This is a good series of tours, and the guides were good too. One driver guide was a bit heavy on the gas, which marred one loop, but the rest were excellent.

This is a good system, but a little expensive.
