A very nice man at the airport info desk rang the company to let them know we had arrived. We were given directions and the car was there waiting for us. Friendly driver . Would recommend this service.
With a late night arrival into Washington DC, this was worth the investment. It was especially welcome because one of bags went missing, and so were even later than we thought. Dulles is quite a distance from DC (and is in Virginia), so don't know what the cab fare would have been.
Excellent service, great car and a really nice way to get from the Airport to the town centre. Driver really good, polite and helpful and pointed out sites along the way.
Service works really well, but you have to call and confirm about 24 hours in advance. We forgot but still the driver was there in about 10 minutes from our call.
Directions to pick up point simple and so much better than bus option.
Same as with the transfer hotel to airport--it did exactly what I wanted. Clean, comfortable, helpful and on time. Only complication is that you have to ring the company when you get through immigration and collect your bags. I was expecting problems with this but it worked exactly as promised.

The motor vehicle was superb but the driver was not very communicative. My wife and I tried making conversation but it was one sided. I would have thought he could have told us some things about landmarks on the journey and about Washington but, unfortunately he was silent on these matters.
Everything fine as booked although I had to pay some waiting time but that was the fault of US immigration not the driver or Company. who gave a great service.Just one minor point was I had to confirm my booking by telephone at least 12 hours prior which can be inconvenient when travelling internationally an email facility would be helpful.
Car arrived promptly when we rang to tell them we were ready! Hassle free transfer to hotel! Friendly driver! $20 tip is a bit steep though, and everybody reminds you to pay it!!
I had requested a stretch limo for the transfer. I had threeof my grandsons with me(ages 11, 13, 14). I was very disappaointed when we
weren't picked up in one.
The vehicle was not at the airport to meet us on our arrival although your website states that the flight arrival is tracked. You ask for a phone call from the baggage hall. Two things you should know the use of cell phone is forbidden in the baggage hall and also there is no signal for my cell phone ( just arrived in your country hence no signal pick up). When we did eventually manage to call the service we were told to meet the vehicle at a place in the car park that assumed that we knew the location. In future your driver should be in the meet and greet area. Once in the car the diver did not know our destination. We told him. He drove to the wrong place initially. Your team need to improve your performance as we would not recommend you to others currently.
The service provided by the vendor was good, but despite a firm quote from Viator, an additional $10 was charged because the trip was to Crystal City which is in Arlington. The reservation showed my destination as Crystal City, but the provider Carmel demanded the additional $10 before providing transportation. I expect a refund from Viator
Not impressed by having to ring America 3 times,surely if we have paid we are going especially as we are international travellers.otherwise ok
