We have used this type of transfer in many states, extremely polite, on time and some that are more talkative, tell you what to see and enjoy on your trip. We use them arriving and leaving.
Driver was there quickly after we called and took us quickly to our hotel. Great Service - Clean Cadilac Escalade!

A short trip to Reagan National Aiport from our hotel.The driver was punctual, the car was clean and we soon learned that our driver had an opinion on everything happening in Washington at that time. An interesting trip.

I enjoyed being picked-up by sedan and directly driven to the airport/hotel without the hassle of sharing a shuttle with many other people in a crowded uncomfortable van environment.. Both drivers in each direction were very personable and very accommodating. What I didn't understand nor enjoy was providing the same information given on the internet of name, pick-up date, time, location, number of people in the party, and calling a number that was not even in the Washington, DC area. It always seemed like the people on the phone didn't know my paid confirmation existed and at one point even asked for my my VISA credit card number again for my prepaid reservation. If you asked for the information on the internet then why wouldn't all this be accessible via a confirmation number in a database for easy access. Instead, all of this information had to be asked twice. Once upon arrival and then the return. It's very time consuming and a bit frustrating knowing that everything had to be repeated a total of three times. Internet, and each leg of the pick-up at the airport and then pick-up at the hotel. I would give a five star rating if this solution is remedied in the future.
Great and lovely driver (George from Georgia - Country) but there was a mix up with confirming the booking (via booking company not car company) making us run late for the airport. George thankfully was close by and got us there just on time. Also, the car company demands $30.00 gratuity be given to the driver before leaving for the airport. The car company neglected to tell us this in the confirmation phone call.
I had a most enjoyable trip. My only regret was that I paid too much for my trip from the airport to my Hotel. The car was very nice and the $50. was satisfactory but, the $20. tip requested form the driver was a little bit overboard for me. I found another cheaper and quick way to the airport following my stay. Thanks for the ride in the beginning anyway.
Nothing against Viator, the car was before time, but the driver ruined our experience. We used this service before and the drivers were very good, but after this transfer he stared demanding 20 Dollars. He could have politely talked about Tolls and Gratuity, which we already understand are standard.
Very disappointed. The transfer was supposed to be all inclusive. Driver extorted an extra $20USD before he would leave the hotel for the airport. Not great at all. Would not recommend to anybody.
Ride was almost 1/2 hr late. Driver parked on busy street and was going to attempt to drag our luggage across the street as well as expecting us to cross in middle of block. When hotel valet told him to bring car in hotel entrance, he proceeded to back up on busy one way street. A cab driver finally stopped him. Once we finally got in car, we had to tell him which way to turn. He did not seem to know his way to airport until he GPS'ed it on his phone. He did insist we give him $10 (gratuity) to complete ride. Gratuities should not be forced from people, they should be earned for good service.
