The transfer worked OK, however the information given by Viator is incorrect. You have to take your voucher to the desk and then have it converted to an official ticket. Thereafter you are given a number and you are asked to sit in the waiting area until your number is called. It appears that they try to group people together and as such the time you wait depends on who else has registered at the desk and where they want to go. Not knowing this procedure caused me to have to navigate my bag trolley through the numerous security concrete blocks to the departure area only to find that I had to drag them bag to the desk. Nevertheless after a 15 minute wait my number was called and I entered the van. The driver wasn't particularly friendly and drove with one hand whilst taking part in a variety of other tasks such as speaking on his cell phone and programming his SAT nav. This was OK but I have had better shuttle experiences elswhere.

Found no advantage in having pre-paid voucher, had to stand in long queue anyway. First thing driver pointed out upon boarding the van was that gratuity was not included, before we were given the opportunity to evaluate the service.

I've used super shuttle in the past as well as this trip. My results have been mixed. In terms of value for service, I would have saved money by using a cab to and from the airport on this trip.

20 minute wait at last hotel pick up due to scheduling 30 minutes between hotel pick ups only 5 minutes apart.

The driver of our shuttle was not happy as we had booked online for 2 adults and felt that we hadn't paid for 2. We had to go back into the shuttle desk so that we could check. Of course we had paid for two adults and he did have to take us but told us we would need to give him a big tip to make up for it. We did give him a tip but don't like being told we need to do so. Was not very pleased with this and not a very good first impression to Washington DC.

This experience could have been better. The driver did not seem to know her way around too well and was helped by fellow passengers.

The signs were very confusing. After some trial and error I discovered the correct stop: it is outside of the baggage claim area, where you see signs pointing to the shuttle pick-up point.

We gave the clerk our confirmation voucher from Viator. He took it and led us to the van. At the hotel the driver asked for our voucher. I told him we had given it to the clerk - apparently the clerk failed to give it to him. I was finally able to convince the driver that we had actually paid for the trip!
The return was much better. The van arrived promptly, as promised, and delivered us to the airport as promised.
The driver packed people into the shuttle to the point where the passengers refused to allow anybody else in, as there were no more seatbelts. He then drove like a maniac through the city dropping people off talking on his mobile phone the whole time. Twice we thought the shuttle would tip over at the speed he was driving on the freeway. Not a pleasant experience at all. To top it off the shuttle was filthy.

Our trip to Washington was very enjoyable (the highlight was being able to see the young baby panda!). The downside was getting our shuttle voucher changed for a ticket - no one on the desk seemed to know what to do with it. We eventually got to our hotel, though it was not a good way to start a holiday.

The voucher is your ticket and proof of purchase. 2) You should not have any problem redeeming your voucher, but if you do please contact Viator's customer care team for assistance.
