Arrived at Go shuttle. Behind counter and driver didn't seem to know how to handle the prepaid voucher but finally did. Travel to our hotel was just fine.

Very good. The desk was easy to find and then after a 10 - 15 min wait, we left the airport. There were 4 hotel drops before ours which is obviously down to luck whether your 1st or last. A downside was the driver looked fairly unhappy at all times and it would have been good to have a bit of commentary

The actual journey was fine but the information about how to get onto the van was not correct. We had to get a ticket from the desk in the airport rather than go to the parking area outside the airport building.

Very prompt service drivers efficient but not very communicative

The voucher printed off prior to departure was not accepted by the driver as advised. We had to return to the terminal and submit the voucher at the Shuttle Bus desk, get issued with a ticket and then wait to be called and given a bus number. Once on the go, however, the service was quick and efficient.

Very well organized and on time. Only after picking us from our hotel it took one hour to go round the town before heading for the Airport. It's very convenient if you're staying in downtown and don't want to rent a car. Would recommend.
