Travelled from San Francisco to Washington DC - Instructions could have been clearer, did not state that had to line up at transfer desk to get a ticket before being able to get into transfer car. Apart from that, all o.k. Traveller from England

just one comment, it is nearly impossible to find the place where you can find the shuttle with the explanation given when you make the reservation

As we had used this service before we knew where to find the transfer desk, although the signs in the airport are still not very clear. Our advice is if you haven't been to Dulles airport before, find the airport information desk and they will point you in the right direction.
Once you find the transfer desk the transfers run smoothly and your are quickly dropped off at your destination.

Desk at the airport was easy to find, pick up was quick and we arrived at our hotel OK after dropping off other passengers. Need to allow for traffic conjestion on roads.
