Pick up could have been scheduled for later - we had 3 hours to kill in the airport before our flight. Driver was pleasant and called to confirm pickup.

It was ok but we had a hard outer shell suitcase which got broken during the ride but we didn't notice it until we got into the hotel!

The driver did not know how to get to hotels and his GPS system did not work. The air conditioning in the van did not work, either. Not happy.
