The hotel concierge booked the return journey for me. It is very important to do this and to get a confirmation number. The shuttle arrived on time and the driver was friendly and helpful. We made several other pick-ups before actually departing DC for the airport but on the whole I was very pleased with the service.

Pick up could have been scheduled for later - we had 3 hours to kill in the airport before our flight. Driver was pleasant and called to confirm pickup.

Our trip back to the airport was much better than the trip out. I overheard the other guests in the van expressing their irritation over the fact that they had been "traveling" from hotel to hotel and were glad ours was the last pickup - people need to understand that these vans go to many hotels, not just theirs. The driver was nice and helpful, but I may spend the extra 15 bucks and get a private cab next time.
