We only had 1 day in Washington and this is THE way to see all things on your own speed to do it. On the way the drivers tell you a lot of things about washington and the attractions, worth doing this!!!

We loved our tour with Hop-on-Hop-off Trolley tour :-)
The staff are fantastic and really knowledgeable about their fantastic city ! My advice: If you get in with a good driver, just do the entire tour with him, and select your stops on the 2nd loop.

The trolly is the best way to see DC!! The convenience of getting off and on at your own time table was great. The gentlemen who drove and commented were very knowledgeable, courteous, and witty, they made our tour a very good one.

All of the guides were well informed and knew their city very well. It was rainy the day that I went and as I didn't expect this a guide offered me a poncho when he saw that I did not have an umbrella. Love the stories that these guys tell and the Arlington cemetary tour was exceptional. Thanks heaps!

Tour guides/driver were knowledgeable of history and great phote locations plus enjoyable to listen too. Orange and Green Lines equally great! Hop-on-hop off service was allowed us to get off and see the memorials that were near the streets.

There is too much to do in a day. We could have spent 2 days. The routes are very comprehensive giving you the opportunity to see so many places of interest. The drivers were all very helpful and informative. A must if visiting Washington.

Our tour was absolutely fantastic. The operators were very interesting and lively with their descriptions of Washington and who contributed to the history of our country.
We were unable to take the trolley to Georgetown or Arlington cemetery because we just did not have the time to do so. But the whole circuit seemed comprehensive of the whole D.C. scene. We appreciated the fact that the trolleys were punctual; we never had to wait long for one. The stops were also near the sites. All in all we would recommend this tour to anyone who wants something original.

Great tour! All of the drivers were very knowledgeable in the history of Washington,DC.We got on the trolley only a few blocks from our hotel,very convienent...Highly recommend!!
