Good routes, schedules and points of interest. Driver had good grasp of pertinent information and delivered well. Good pa system. Buses full and clean. You have an intelligent, interesting, polite clientele with whom to be associated with.

We were very pleased with our tour experience! Loved the flexibility of hopping on and off at the sites we wanted to tour, while at the same time getting familiar with the city. It enabled us to pick and choose the attractions we wanted to see on this visit, and those we plan to see on future trips. The connecting tour option to Arlington National Cemetery is an absolute must! Our ONLY complaint was, at times, finding where the trolleys stopped. It is still worth every penny.

It's a great casual way to get a good sense of the city layout and to prioritize which places you want to explore. There is so much too see in DC it can be somewhat overwhelming. The staff were really nice and helpful in planning other excursions. Very professional company.

By far the perfect way to see Washington. The experience was perfect. From the knowledgeable drivers to the frequent buses picking us up in a short period of time. One of the best experiences I've ever had. I would without question do this again.

It was a great way to get around to all of the sites in D.C. Drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. Our only complaint was that there were times when the trolleys were full and we had to wait until another came along. We also took the shuttle out to Arlington Cemetery which was a very convenient way to get out there.

I enjoyed the trip very much. The guides were all very informative and humorous at the same time. This made what they said interesting instead of boring. This is the second time I've taken the trolley tour. I will use it again the next time I go to Washington, DC.
