What You Can Expect

Washington DC Neighborhoods Tour by Electric Cart

Small Group Tour by Electric Cart

There are walking tours and there are bus tours, but this unique eCruiser tour of Washington, DC’s neighborhoods provides an entirely new perspective on the city and its lesser-known and less-touristy hot spots.

Meet the guide and the rest of the small-group at Eastern Market Metro, located at 7th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue SE, outside the CVS Pharmacy. Then climb aboard a nifty eCruiser vehicle — an open-air, eco-friendly electric cart that offers as much in style as it does with substance. This tour will travel along some DC routes that most visitors don't get the chance to experience on a bus or trolley.

Venture to out-of-the-way places, where locals spend their time and tourists rarely visit. See Eastern Market, Washington DC's original and premier food and arts market located in the heart of the historic Capitol Hill neighborhood. And check out the ever-evolving Southwest Waterfront and Navy Yard, where America’s first war ships were built. Today, Navy Yard is fast becoming a home for trend setters and a hotbed of entertainment.

Along the way, sample food at Eastern Market as well a local food truck and catch some of the historic sites that helped to develop Washington, DC into a centerpiece of global politics.

This was our favorite tour we did in DC! We had a great tour guide, and as we have been to DC several times before and hit all the main spots, we loved seeing different places we had never seen or been to before. I would recommend this for everyone. It was very interesting and great fun.
