We were greeted at the airport just outside the main door by a friendly face, who loaded our bags onto the covered trailer. There was no awkward silence in the neat and clean mini bus as our driver, James, was charismatic and knowledgeable. When we arrived out our destination hotel our baggage was unloaded for us. Great door to door service. I also love being able to prepay and not have to worry about carrying or converting money as soon as landing in the country.

There waiting for me on arrival. Courteous, reliable, door to door service with a smile. Would definitely recommend. Signage stating 'Viator' on vehicle rather than just 'Shuttle' would be an advantage as when one arrives at a place for the first time, your eyes immediately search for the company name that you booked with.
