Buses are equipped with a separate luggage compartment and are fully air-conditioned and prepared for all types of weather.

At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and hotel details in the 'Special Requirements' box:

Each passenger is permitted 2 checked bags and 1 carry-on bag (plus womens' handbags)
Skis and Snowboards must be in bags and will be considered as part of one of your checked bags.

The transfer will provide direct service from all major hotels and other lodging situated at the base of Whistler Blackcomb mountains to Vancouver's Domestic or International Airport.

Several departures will stop in downtown Vancouver hotels to drop off passengers, to avoid the additional time this will add to your journey select the Express Service.

• Confirmation for this product will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• Prior to your travel date, your Hotel and Flight details MUST be advised to tour operator so they may allocate your transfer. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise them of this information directly. The contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking
• Luggage is limited to two piece of luggage and one piece of hand luggage free of charge per person. Oversized or excess luggage (e.g. golf clubs or bikes) will only be carried at the discretion of the operator and may be subject to an additional charge. Please label luggage including full address. No responsibility is accepted by the operator for loss or damage to luggage, personal and/or valuable items.
• The duration of transfers are approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• In the event of Daytime highway closures, the 12:00pm service may be canceled
What happens if you miss your enroute flight connection due to weather or unforeseen circumstances?
As long as you contact the transfer company immediately from your airport, and prior to your scheduled arrival time at YVR (Vancouver) they will endeavor to accommodate you on another bus departure without penalty. However, if you fail to contact the transfer company they will consider you a no-show and your reservation will be non refundable.
