Viator is definitely trust worthy. Guide was good. The tour - this was our first day out after we landed in Zurich the previous morning - wow - lovely sights. Rapperswil was great, so was the Heidiland area. Vaduz too was nice - a different experience. The time given was a little less. Would prefer a slightly early start, but you need more than the 45-60 minutes given. At least 90 minutes. Comfortable coach and overall a nice job.

Our trip was fantastic. This was a great one day trip. Guide and bus driver were very knowledge. I would highly recommend this tour.

Peter, our guide, was certainly knowledgeable and we had an outstanding day. He also described what we would be seeing and gave us detailed things to look for. We enjoyed the entire day and there was much to see. Outstanding!

Honestly, this was our favorite tour of the week. We really enjoyed the view from the Heidi house and surrounding areas, and the stop in Liechtenstein was unforgettable. Excellent tour!

Guide Peter was outstanding, told wonderful stories about Heidi, Johanna Spyri the author, and all about the areas we visited.
The tour itself however was variable - Rapperswil is beautiful, and some of the scenery we saw was stunning, but Liechtenstein was boring as hell and not worth bothering to go and see...
My advice with to improve this tour is let Peter tell more stories, give more facts, and leave out Liechtenstein!!!

This was an absolutely wonderful day trip! A beautiful way to get out of the city and see so much of what Switzerland has to offer! Liechtenstein in my opinion was an added bonus as this trip would have been just as wonderful without including it on the itinerary. Our tour guide was great and we had more than enough time to explore on our own leisure. I would recommend this day trip to anyone!

The tour was fantastic despite some poor weather which is to be expected in December I suppose. The scenery was amazing and I thought the tour was very well organised. Our tour guide and driver also made the experience very enjoyable. I definitely recommend this tour!

This is a great tour for seeing the history and landscape of Switzerland. A little bit of everything, both urban and rural. The guide was great, very knowledgeable in history and customs of the country. This is the best way to go, no driving direction problems, no parking headaches, just sit back, enjoy the ride, and have a wonderful time. The Swiss Cheese Pie is a must try.

This tour began with a tour around Zurich, so it's really even more than the title states. We wanted to get into the mountains, but live in a snowy state and have seen glaciers in Alaska, so we didn't feel the need to go to Jungfrau. This tour really met out needs to get away from the city and see how the Swiss live and vacation in smaller towns and on the hill / mountainsides! The LIechtenstein stop could've been a bit longer. Heidiland included a nice walk in beautiful scenery! The guide Don Pedro was excellent, knowledgeable and humorous!

Loved the whole tour. We were worried about finding you in Zurich, but found the city tours spot easily. Thoroughly enjoyed the views of the Alps and the Rhine valley. Loved Liechtenstein and the city tour of Zurich. We had beautiful cool weather. The flowers at Rapperswill were in full bloom inspite of having had a snowfall the week before. Was not as impressed with the Heidiland portion of the tour, but the beauty of the Alps more than made up for it. Husband said he liked Switzerland tour better than any part of our Mediterranean cruise which preceded it.
