Excellent tour. I upgraded to the Jungfraujoch tour as a result of excellent weather. Great views on the bus. However, there was a delay in Luzerne.
There's nothing to be disappointed with in Switzerland. Beautiful country and the tour was good.
I originally booked the Interlaken - Grindelwald in the Bernese Oberland (from Zurich) tour for Saturday, October 15th 2011. When I boarded the bus, KID (the best guide I have ever met) suggested that I might prefer to to the Jungfraujoch tour instead and explained the difference between the two tours. I agreed to change and pay the difference and I am so glad that I did!! The scenery was breathtaking and I got the most amazing photos. KID was a big part of what made this tour so much fun and fulfilling. He not only knows every photo opportunity moment on the trip, but he really tries his best to take good care of every single person on the tour--no one was neglected. I have already recommended to trip numerous colleagues--I hope that they have the benefit of KID as their guide.

My spouse and myself had a wonderful time visiting the top of Europe. The guide was very funny and friendly, the whole group was also very nice. Every little detail was explained and well taken care of.
The tour guide made the trip more funs and provide lots of information during the trip.
The trip is well worth the money given the view is clear. I suggest going on a clear day so you can see the real beauty of the trip. Well worth what you pay!

We had a great guide and helped everyone get lots of pics of some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen! I should say that we upgraded at the last minute to include Jungfraujoch. I had a mishap at the gift shop but our guide went back the next day and took care of it. I highly recommend this tour!
The entire tour is perfectly coordinated, from Interlaken where got some rain, but had an excellent breakfast and some shopping, we took the train to Grindelwald. Trust me, you will love not only the ride, but Grindelwald is what I had dreamed that the life at the Alps was like. WOW, but I mean WOW! From shops to restaurants, they just have it all. Do not miss it I was so impressed that I'm planning a summer trip just to Grindelwald.

We loved it. It was perfect for the price we paid. Buying a ticket online was very easy. All went perfect. Driver of the coach was very helpful. Bus was really good. We recommend that couples report early at the boarding point because the first row seat will be ideal for the best photos. We are very happy and proud to tell that IT IS A VALUE FOR MONEY EXPERIENCE.

The trip details changed. I ended up adding Jungfrau, which was fantastic thanks to the guide. We had rain, sleet, snow and so much fun. We had lunch at the top of Jungfrau. The guide took our pictures on the train up and down. We went to the ice castle, which was unique. We drove through Grindelwald but did not stop. This was the best day I had in Switzerland!
It was amazing day tour with vaitors from Zurich to Jungfrau. Initially I booked my tour till Interlaken; on reaching there, I decided to go further till Jungfrau. My experience with Viator was good, as the tour was conducted in a good double Decker bus. The driver and the tour guide were very friendly. We had a tour guide from Thailand, who was very jovial and kept us entertaining all way the tour. The total tour duration was for 11 hrs and it was a good experience. If you happened to be in Zurich, Jungfrau is the place to visit. I am well satisfied with Viator tour, value for money.
