Excellent guided tour, very informative and funny, but the views stole the show they were amazing!
Absolutely amazing day... thoroughly recommend, and the guide Peter was wonderful - so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and entertaining. Everyone who goes to Zurich should do this tour...
Extreme weather (blizzard the night before, 120mph winds at the summit, avalanche warnings, no trains running beyond a certain point, etc.) prevented us from taking the regular tour and required some last-minute rerouting and a change in destinations (Wengen and Grindelwald instead), not to mention the affixing of chains to the bus's wheels, but our guide (Peter) and driver (Freddy) did a superb job and the whole expedition was enormously enjoyable. We look forward to returning for the real thing later on.
It is a must trip you have to do when you are in town for a few days. The guided tour is well operated.

This trip is a must for everyone visiting Switzerland in my opinion. While visiting, everything had gone our way perfectly including a very good weather. A really spectacular and unforgettable experience for my me and my wife who are first time visiting Switzerland. On top of that, I would like to commend on the professional service rendered by the tour organizer for a very dedicated driver (Freddie) and guide (Peter) through out the whole journey. Special thanks to Peter also for able to make last minute changes on the train itinerary due to weather condition.

We were supposed to suspend our trip to Switzerland but when we saw Matt Lauer visit Jungfraujoch in Today Show, my husband and I decided to go. We loved it! Guide KiM was extraordinary, he gave a small historical tidbits on some towns, but we loved his energy and enthusiasm. He surely wants everybody to enjoy and have a great time. The mountains are incredible. It sure was a great experience for our family.
I only had one day to spare and decided to go on the most expensive tour! Love it! The tour operator was really nice and the guide is friendly. In a day I got my engraved Swiss army knife, see the top of Europe and send postcard home from the top of Europe!
This trip was the most beautiful experience we had. The landscape was very good, and even there was no a lot of snow, on the top was beautiful. Even the way until the top is very long (almost 5 hours) our guide, KID, was amazing!!!! He talked to us, he took pictures of us, made us laughing.... The only thing I did not like is that there was a big group filmng a movie, so we cannot appreciatte everywhere.
This is a must for any trip to or in Europe. Our guide, Kid, was the best by far of any guide we had on our travels. Big groups, small groups, he was friendly to all and kept the tour moving to allow everyone to see the sites. This is the best way to go, just sit back and enjoy the ride. Only would advise to be in shape for the walking and stairs.
It was an amazing tour, the train ride and the ice palace were amazing, and the view from the sphinx and the walk on the snow were the perfect experience! The guide was very helpful and funny. I just wish we could have more time on top, 2 hours are not enough.
This is a most amazing place to visit - just getting there is an adventure. The views are breath taking. Our guide, Kie, was so full of energy and he kept us together and moving on this busy day. If you only do one tour, I think you should consider this trip.
