We had an absolutely fantastic day. The weather was perfect, the tour was well organised, the staff were really helpful and the mountain was beautiful. And so much snow!!!

It was a great tour and we had the best guide whose name is Peter! Peter was funny, energetic and very helpful! I would recommend this tour for everyone!

The tour leader Peter was knowledgable and professional. He stressed the importance of timing but did not overdo it. We were blessed with a wonderful weather and able to have clear views of the Top of Europe. Negative was there was no clear signs to direct to the starting bus station behind HBF.

This trip was fantastic. We saw lots of snow but had clear blue skies. The scenery was amazing. Kid, our tour guide, was excellent. He was so enthusiastic and told us when to take photos. He also took photos of us with our own cameras. A wonderful day with lots of special memories.

At first, it was very difficult to understand the English of the tour guide. He was from some part of Asia I believe and he spoke very quickly But he is a great guy. He knows where the best spots for pictures are and the landscapes are majestic. If you're in Europe, take a couple of days to do this!

It was great from the beginning til the end! I was traveling with my mom and Kie(the guide) knew exactly what he's talking about and knew perfect photo hot spots. Overall I would highly recommend this tour to anyone as this could be good for adult/family/etc.

Fantastic tour!!! The views on the train ride going up to Jungfraujoch are beautiful and so are the views of the Alps from the top. The Ice Palace was very cool (pun intended). I would definitely recommend this tour and the tour operator, Grayline. Our tour guide was Kid, a bit different, but entertaining and really took care of everyone on his tour. He was great! He made certain to take photos of everyone using their cameras so that families would have everyone in their party in their photos and from some of the best angles! Definitely 5 stars!!!

The day I went, it was snowing. Some suggested I should reschedule for a nicer day. Even with the snow, it was a great trip and still beautiful. Kid is a wonderful guide and only added to the experience. I would like to go again, in clearer weather. A definite must do!!

Great experience for a first visit. Excellent scenery coupled with a very good tour guide - Kid who took care of all the details. Would definitely recommend it to any first timer to Jungfraujoch.
