A good day trip for those who don't have much time in Switzerland, but also don't want to miss out on this highlight. I booked this trip because I took my parents for a vacation in Switzerland, and this trip was a right decision because it was very convenient for old folks.

Had a great time, definitely a must see, it is hard, a bit time more on the top would really make it worth, tour goes to Lucerne to pick up more passengers, takes more time, we could have taken train. Overall it was worth it.

It was a great day trip from Zurich - a long day but definitely worth it. The ice palace was really cool. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good so we couldn't see anything from the top. We actually had a snow storm on the top but it was still a great experience.

Always check out the weather before booking. If it is very cloudy, one may not get to see much.

This was a great trip, and we had a good guide. We needed more time at Jungfraujoch - two hours is not enough time to do everything.

Our guide was fantastic.

I had a good guide, but the trip is too long if taken from Zurich.

The weather did not cooperate but still, the experience was fantastic... unforgettable.

The guide was great. The scenery was unparalleled. I discovered that we paid considerable more than others on the same tour. Is that a consequence of buying ahead of time online??? It will help me plan better next time.

The 5-hour bus and train rides were great, but the guide spoke unintelligible English. Also, we got to spend only about 1.5 hrs at the mountain, which was a disappointment. Next time, we will go on our own and spend much more time up at the top.

The tour guide was a pretty rude guy. He did not speak clear English even though the Viator website claimed that the tour would be conducted in English. Also, I felt that the tour was conducted in a hurried manner and as a result of which, I didn't get to see anything properly.

This trip is really beautiful, the Jungfrau mountain range is incredible, and it was so much fun to get up there and play in the snow! You can go sledding or skiing, and there is even a zip line. The restaurant at the very top was nice too. The only drawback that I felt could have been improved was our guide! He was awful; I don't know what language he was speaking, but it wasn't English. OK, he was speaking English, but with the most bizarre and irritating accent I have ever heard. He was stressed about getting us to each part of the trip, and he made us stressed too! He also was obsessed with taking pictures ALL the time. He took about 10,000 pictures for this couple that was next to us, and he would yell at everyone to get their cameras out for the next picture. He was all about "get a picture of the scenery" rather than "relax and enjoy the scenery." All in all, I would do it again but I would PRAY for a different guide!

I would not recommend this tour at all! After traveling on the bus for over forty minutes our tour company decided to return to the bus depot just to pick up a passenger who had not boarded the bus on time. This meant the rest of the bus full of paying customers lost over an hour of their day and had no shopping time in Interlaken. Therefore, we were hurried back onto the bus after a quick toilet stop. Although our guide was very pleasant and went out of his way to be very helpful, the driver was not very nice and did not let us onto the bus with a drink even though he was drinking on the bus! So we had to rush and drink it in order to board the bus. Also, nobody waited for us to tour Jungfraujoch, we had to find our own way around. It's easy enough to do, but we were short on time and could have done with the help we had paid for. Finally, time on top is short, especially considering we spent eight hours in total traveling and only two hours touring.
