The boat ride on Lake Lucerne was fantastic. The cogwheel was interesting. We had snow at the top of the mountain, which meant there was no view, but no one cared. The food was great. The lion monument was unbelievable. I loved the city so much that I traveled back to spend a day sightseeing. Lucerne was my favorite city in Switzerland. There was not enough time for me to see the town on the tour because we had so much to do.

We enjoyed our time in Lucerne. The tour guide showed us through the town. Even better, the cable ride up to Mount Pilatus was spectacular. The view from the mountain was perfect. I would definitely recommend this tour.

The most stunning scenery in the world! The Lion Monument was incredible. The view from Mt. Pilatus is something I'll never forget. Stunning!

This was a very good trip to take. We felt a bit like we were rushed through Lucern. The guide was good, but needed to tell the group more clearly which stop to get off at going to Mt. Pilatus and to take the last leg up to the top of the mountain. We picked up extra people in Lucern, which caused a mother and daughter to not have room on the bus. They had to be taxied to the Mountain, and I don't know what ever happened to them since we never saw them again. The initial group of people picked up at Zurich should have had priority seating on the bus if additional people are going to be picked up in Lucern.

From the easily accessable pickup just behind Zurich Hauptbahnhoff to the return at the same location ten hours later, it was an amazing experience and one that I would happily do again. We passed through Zurich and the little towns on the outskirts, passed the beautiful city of Luzerne, took a gondala trip to the top of Mount Pilatus and a cog train ride down again, and of course took the superbly relaxing and scenic boat ride across Lake Luzerne. It was a wonderful way to spend a day in Switzerland. The guide was knowledgable and very helpful, and the free time in Luzerne and on the top of Mount Pilatus was not too long and not too short. I highly recommend this tour to anyone, whether they're first time visitors to the area or returning to see it again.

Had a fabulous day, tour guides were fantastic. Loved all the different parts - bus, cable car, train, boat, certainly enough change to keep you entertained! It was quite chilly up the mountain, make sure you take a jacket! Only improvement would have been drop off back to the hotel where I was picked up from.

This was a great tour, and it's good that it incorporated Lucerne and surrounding areas. The alp trip was good as well, and I'm so glad it incorporated different things, so I would recommend this tour.

Although it was cloudy at the top of Mount Pilatus, there were occasional glimpses of some beautiful scenery. Actually, I wish I had spent more time in the area. Lucerne is beautiful.

I have mixed feelings about this trip. The guide did not really provide a tour of Lucerne or any information about the sights of the city. For example, we visited the Lion monument but the guide did not tell us why it was so special. I had to read my guidebook to find out. Then we were dropped at a watch shop and told we had an hour to explore the city on our own. Nothing else was pointed out to us in Lucerne. The weather not the fault of the tour company, was cloudy and we saw very little on the top of Pilatus. I would suggest that people book mountain rides on their own when they arrive in Switzerland based on weather conditions. The cruise on the lake was excellent.
