We were really disappointed because, even having confirmed the trip by phone from our country, when we arrive to the meeting point, there was no place in the bus for us, and we were requested to wait until the last passenger arrived to check the availability. No hotel pickup, although our hotel was eligible and we asked for it in our booking form. And no time in Lucerne because they had spent too much time trying to solve the overbooking in the morning, so we were in a rush all day long. I must say we were lucky because, despite the overbooking, we were finally able to travel, but a young couple weren't so lucky. We probably argued with the lady louder than they did. On the other hand, I must say the tour guide and the driver were really nice, and the view is wonderful.

The countryside was lovely, and Mount Pilatus was breathtaking, but this was not a guided tour as advertised. We had to basically wing it on our own, which was not what we expected or paid for.

The activities were good, but the timing made them unbearable. The bus left 20 minutes late, and since we were all supposed to be there 15 minutes early, this was a pain. We only got to spend 35 minutes in that beautiful town with the river. There was so much to see, but we hardly had time to even walk to the river and back. Then we get bussed up to the mountain where even if we did all of the walking activities we would have been done in under an hour. We were there for 2 hours. I could see people from our group milling around waiting to be taken back down as it was a chore to sit there. After I ate at the restaurant, I went on the Dragon Walk and watched those old guys play the horns, took in the vistas, and went to the gift shop twice, I still had 45 minutes. This could have been a much shorter stop, and the train schedule down was compatible with a shorter visit. Having to hurry up and wait ruined the trip for me, I would never recommend this to even the most boring people.

The trip to Mount Pilatus was excellent but unfortunately, you also booked for me a tour to Engleberg which was a duplication of the Titlus tour - except that I spent 3 boring hours in this village at the base of Mt. Titlus where I had already been.
