The guide we had was absolutely wonderful. His English was perfect, and he was so knowledgeable about his country and had so many interesting facts about it to share. The trip to Lucerne and Mount Titlis was really enjoyable. We loved the ride up the mountain.

This tour was a dream come true! The tour guide was positive and informative, as well as friendly. The drive was outstanding. And what can I say about Mount Titlis, it's a dreamworld! This was the highlight of my vacation in Switzerland!!!

I was wary as each excursion I looked at didn't seem to be going deep into the Alps unless you had a couple of days. I didn't want to book something and then say "oh look, there in the distance are the Alps!" I decided to take a chance and it was well worth it! Mountains as far as the eye can see. Spectacular!

The views were breathtaking. The trip included a stop in Lucerne which was nice but quick. The one hour and a half was not enough time especially the stop at the Lion Monument. The drive and scenery was great. We have to change tour guides and the first one from Zurich to Lucerne was very informative and knowledgeable. The guide to Mt. Titlis did not share any information at all. She gave us our tickets and were left on our own for 2 hours. I thought that she could have given us more information regarding Mt. Titlis during the ride from Lucerne. Mt. Titlis is beautiful with the snow capped mountains and view of Engelbert below. The 2 hours spent on the mountain was just enough. Great experience overall.

Trip was excellent...with compliments for tour guide who did a great job. However, main disappointed was the warm jackets & boots were not provided as promised. We had indicated the required size for both jackets & boots when booking and despite our reminder before we board the coach. ...it was not prepared according to our request. Only odd sizes for kids or XL available.

The tour guide was very caring and went out of his way many times to help me and my family, including my 1 year old son. The bus driver were extremely helpful and drove safely.

The mountain was a little foggy so that the visibility was not good but the trip was well worth the time and a visit to Lucerne was a nice addition. The guide was very good and she was helpful as well.

We enjoyed this trip a lot. The guide was very courteous and well-behaved and since everything was planned so well, it was pretty comfortable. There were no delays in departure, arranging tickets or anything. Would definitely recommend Viator to anyone whom I hear is coming to Switzerland. Thanks a lot. We had fantastic time.
