Very good value for money. Long day but well worth the experience.

The tour guide spoke wonderful English and kept the group on schedule. We had plenty of time to see the sights and she answered all of our questions.

We had a very good time in Lucerne and Mount Titlis. Our tour guide was funny, helpful and warm. Thank you very much for making our trip a beautiful and memorable one.

It would have been better if we didn't encounter rain and cloudy skies through it all. But the Swiss countryside roadtrip was so pretty, and this would have been forgiven if someone managed our warm clothes pick up better. I have to say everything seemed well managed, from the pre-trip email and phone communication, to check-in staff and the knowledgeable tour guide. I was relaxed that we were in good hands until I found out at the foot of Mt. Titlis that the warm clothes needed to be picked up BEFORE boarding the coach!!!! And NO-ONE warned us about it. Since we boarded in Zurich, and the phone staff made it feel so worry-free that the clothes will be there for us don't need to ask so much, we only expected pick up near or at Titlis. With it, at least we could have enjoy some of the slow walk, albeit cloudy sky. We had to hang indoors all the time up there. One small mishap could lead to such a disappointment. So, be warned and please improve!

There were too many people on the tour, so it wasn't very enjoyable. Past tours I've been on had fewer people and a smaller bus, so it was much better. The tour guide knew the area very well, but was not a friendly person. She didn't seem to enjoy what she was doing.

A good trip. However the company merges 3 tours together. Th Mount Titlis tour needs to be on its own as it is the furthest trip. The primary focus is dropping the other tours off which cut our time down and we didn't get enough time in the mountains to do much. We were running behind an hour instead of adding the time to the end of the tour we had to get back to pick the other people up. The scenery is beautiful, the tour guide is a really nice guy, credit to him he gets a 55. I felt bad for him having to arrange three trips in one, its just silly and unnecessary for the company to do this. If they separate the Titlis tour then definitely worth doing, if not, then it gets an ok. Didn't even get time for a quick sledge which would have been fun! Enjoy the views!

The tour itself was great although the tour guide was very short at times. Unorgainsed and rushed when it came to picking our snow shoes and jacket.

This was a good place to visit, but we did not spend enough time at the top. The bus trip has too many pick-up and drop-offs at different locations for various other trips.

Guides that are young and bubbling with enthusiasm would make this trip more enjoyable. The trip would have been more fun if there was more interaction between the guide and passenger. Generally we found the guides to be rather unfriendly which is not surprising in Switzerland.

I was really looking forward to this tour. But the weather changed for the worst and it wasn't as clear, so not a lot of clear pics at the top. But I still had a good time. But on a clear day, I can just imagine how gorgeous it would be. Lucerne was also nice.

It all started well until someone got lost in Lucerne. That delayed us and we had to rush to the top of the mountain. We didn't have enough time to enjoy the panoramic views.
