The most stunning scenery in the world! The Lion Monument was incredible. The view from Mt. Pilatus is something I'll never forget. Stunning!

Had a fabulous day, tour guides were fantastic. Loved all the different parts - bus, cable car, train, boat, certainly enough change to keep you entertained! It was quite chilly up the mountain, make sure you take a jacket! Only improvement would have been drop off back to the hotel where I was picked up from.

This was a great tour, and it's good that it incorporated Lucerne and surrounding areas. The alp trip was good as well, and I'm so glad it incorporated different things, so I would recommend this tour.

Although it was cloudy at the top of Mount Pilatus, there were occasional glimpses of some beautiful scenery. Actually, I wish I had spent more time in the area. Lucerne is beautiful.

I have mixed feelings about this trip. The guide did not really provide a tour of Lucerne or any information about the sights of the city. For example, we visited the Lion monument but the guide did not tell us why it was so special. I had to read my guidebook to find out. Then we were dropped at a watch shop and told we had an hour to explore the city on our own. Nothing else was pointed out to us in Lucerne. The weather not the fault of the tour company, was cloudy and we saw very little on the top of Pilatus. I would suggest that people book mountain rides on their own when they arrive in Switzerland based on weather conditions. The cruise on the lake was excellent.

We were really disappointed because, even having confirmed the trip by phone from our country, when we arrive to the meeting point, there was no place in the bus for us, and we were requested to wait until the last passenger arrived to check the availability. No hotel pickup, although our hotel was eligible and we asked for it in our booking form. And no time in Lucerne because they had spent too much time trying to solve the overbooking in the morning, so we were in a rush all day long. I must say we were lucky because, despite the overbooking, we were finally able to travel, but a young couple weren't so lucky. We probably argued with the lady louder than they did. On the other hand, I must say the tour guide and the driver were really nice, and the view is wonderful.

The countryside was lovely, and Mount Pilatus was breathtaking, but this was not a guided tour as advertised. We had to basically wing it on our own, which was not what we expected or paid for.
