The tour was much more impressive than I had expected. Everything was very well organized; we left and arrived on time, and our guide was very good. Rhine Falls was stunningly beautiful and not something you expect to come across in western Europe. Plus the tour starts quite early in the morning, and that helps to avoid big crowds.

Short and sweet trip for those who have their flights in the evening and have half a day at their disposal. The tour guide was a nice person and was very informative. Great place to visit, too. The boat trip to the falls was also good and enjoyable. Would love to stay in the youth hostel near to the falls.

It was nice. I was under the impression that it would be a very big waterfall as it is the biggest in Europe. A little disappointing, but worth it for the money and also very good if you don't have much time to spare. It's only 3 hours. It's a beautiful place, very scenic. Once there, you must go in the boat to see the waterfall from the top and different angles.

It was an excellent experience while being at Rhine Falls. However, would like to suggest that you should include a cafe n snacks at Rhine falls in the trip.

Short journey takes you to the spectacular Rhine Falls, it isn't the highest but there is plenty of water.

Fantastic experience being stood in the middle of the falls with the sheer power of the water surrounding you. Could of done with 30 minutes longer because if you take the boat trip out (at additional cost) it leaves you little time to do anything else.

We loved the beautiful scenery and fabulous falls. The guide was very knowledgeable. It would be useful to mention about the optional boat trip so visitors can budget for this, especially if they are then going to airport to go home. We did not have enough swiss currency, which caused a problem.

If you have a couple of hours free, this is definitely worth doing. The tour left on time, and there was enough time to explore the falls.

The falls are beautiful, but there isn't enough time to enjoy them. The tour was listed as being 4 hours, and it turned out to be only 3 hours. An hour drive to get there, and the tour guide hardly spoke en route and was rather unpleasant, then an hour there, which doesn't give you enough time to do the boat and walk around too, then an hour back. It was actually rather boring. More time should be allotted for this excursion, and the boat ride should be included in the ticket price.

Not really breathtaking, but it is a very nice, spectacular view for photo opportunities. The tour guide was fun; we learned a lot of new things about Switzerland on the way.

It was very very frustrating, we had only half an hour to see the place. We were caught in traffic on the way to Rhine Falls. The place was fantastic, but we didn't have enough time to enjoy it.
