A truly wonderful, memorable experience. Our guide, Marcel, was great, witty, friendly and informative. We loved the villages and towns that we passed through in the coach, and the cog-wheel train ride up the mountain was fun, passing through beautiful scenery. About 50cm of snow had fallen, and it snowed when we were at Jungfraujoch, so we didn't really see anything, but, experiencing the snowfall added to the fun, and certainly didn't spoil our day. We will have to return in summer for a different view. Thank you, Marcel!
Loved the tour. Our guide Fernando Nerrera was very pleasant and friendly. Would definitely recommend this tour to visitors who don't know how to ski. There isn't much time to try skiing, but if are a tourist like me who loves to go to the mountains without the ski part definitely try this one.
This is the best trip ever. Our guide Peter is awesome and knowledgeable. Everything was clear and we really enjoyed it!!!
We were only in Switzerland for 2 nights so this tour was a great way to see a lot in a short space of time. Our guide was really informative and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day so highly recommend this tour. The group size was ideal and the time spent at the top of Mount Jungfrau was the perfect amount, any longer and some people were starting to feel the altitude. We stopped off at some amazing spots and got some great photos. All in all an incredible day!
Great tour guide and professional company. Everything went as planned and small tour group meant it felt more like a private tour than a big overbearing tour. Must do in Switzerland!!
I thoroughly enjoyed the day and the countryside offered more than I expected. Our guide was knowledgeable and made the day that much more enjoyable
As I in Zurich for a total of 5 days, at the beginning the weather forecast is not ideal for exploring to the alps but I decided to gamble my chance therefore I the trip to Jungfraujoch on Saturday. Turns out the weather was fantastic and on the tour an awesome guide. His detail explanation and proper guidances allow us to explore the place to the fullest.
Number 1 MUST GO trip, Scenery at Interlaken is fabulous, although time spend there was a bit short. Ideally another hour there will be good. then proceed to Jungfraujoch. Cogwheel was nice experience. This is more indoor, unlike Mount Titlis. Guide, Valerie from the tour is very informative and helpful. Realised Lindt chocolate is cheaper in Munich than in Zurich. Tiring journey but worth every minute of it.
This is one of the most spectacular tours I have ever been on. The views are beyond description, awesome does not do them justice. There are two options to stop on the way up the mountainside, where you can get off the train to take photos. You must do this as the photo opportunity is great. The guide was lovely and very knowledgeable and made sure the whole thing ran very smoothly. Facilities are all there and plenty of toilet facilities. Listen to the guide when he tells you to go slowly as you get higher due to the high altitude, it really can make you feel queasy. Buy your Lint chocolate from the shop there, its much cheaper than in the city. Only downer is that it is a long day with lots of travelling, but well worth it when you see this place. You must go.
Ex tour in mid Nov. Weather good in morning then in mts turned to large flakes of snow, which was ex for many in the group who hadn't seen snow ,but poor for those who hoped to see the mts. Next time perhaps. Ice Palace fascinating. Rail trip up and down worth going anyway. Guide Michelle very good over whole trip.
