Great tour if you have kids :) not stressful at all
My sisters and I really enjoyed this tour. My sister lives in Zurich and even she learned new things and enjoyed the tour. The guide was very pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend this tour.

Very nice!!. I enjoyed a lot this tour. In a short time you get introduced by very nice guides to the beautiful city of Zurich and also to its surroundings. You can enjoy landscapes from different perspectives having nice and quick rides on a cablecar and a boat.

Nice tour and great tourist guide.
Wonderful tour that covers the major sights around town and also shows you the layout of the city which helps in getting around later. We did this first and it was very helpful in negotiating the town.
We did the city tour which included a ferry ride (on the bus, no less) across Lake Zurich and a trip up to Felsenegg. Great tour! Our guide was Antje and she was extremely knowledgable. There were two opportunities to get off of the bus and sightsee/get coffee/use facilities prior to the trip up to Felsenegg. That was good because you could opt to go in your own direction. For example, the group went into the old part of the city area for a short walk while my husband and I went into the cathedral to see the Marc Chagall stained glass windows. The tour was a great way to see a lot of the city in a short time. I would recommend it early in your stay in Zurich as it gives you a great overall summary and lets you then decide where you may want to return later for more time based on your preferences.
Due to flight problems we were not able to take this tour as scheduled as we didn't arrive in Zurich on time. Rated it a 5 because could not submit this without a rating.

It was amazing . Well organized . Good Job and a first timer i always recommend . And also good guides ....
Although we were jet lagged, the only criticism of this tour was that it was perhaps a little drawn out. The guide was extremely informative and coped admirably with four different languages. A good introduction to an enchanting city.
We really enjoyed this tour. I can't remember the name of our guide but he was excellent. I highly recommend this tour - well worth it and when you are finished you will know everything about Zurich. It was exactly what we wanted - professional, friendly, and very knowledgable. Bill and Dianne, Vancouver, B.C.
