We enjoyed seeing the sights around Zurich. This tour is really beneficial if you are just arriving in the city and want to know where to go. We especially enjoyed the ride up into the "Beverly Hills" of the city. The ferry ride was nice too.

Nice & efficient overview of Zurich.

This started badly with a smelly bus that had a few broken seats, but the guide was very knowledgeable and we saw so much more of Zurich than we would have on our own. It takes you outside the main city centre and gives you a great view over the lake and the town. We never got to go on the cable car as 'it wasn't running that day'. The guide was very embarrassed about this when she found out, but the bus drove up to the top of the hill so we could get the same views. Don't be fooled by the 'ferry ride'. This is literally a 5-10 minute ride straight across the lake on a vehicle ferry. No leisurely sightseeing cruise as we were made to think. Still, this was an interesting tour and Zurich is beautiful.

The guide was unobservable and sat at the bottom in front of the bus. She talks about places & buildings and half of the info I did not see as one can't see where she is pointing at. You just hear a voice.

The coach arranged for the sightseeing is not up to the standard.

This tour was just OK. The guide did not provide much information about Zurich during the city tour portion. Sights were pointed out to us, but no history of the city or of the sights was given. Actually, the guide said very little. She seemed bored or sick. The ferry ride lasts about 15 minutes, and you are on a car ferry!! You barely have enough time to get out of the bus before you have to get back on. I would skip this tour.

We couldn't understand the guide's explanation, as she was trying to speak in three different languages. By the time we heard it in English, the scene would have passed by.

The lake cruise was made with a ferry boat. The walking tour is not enough.

Tour was four hours, time restraint was obvious. Not enthusiastic of the whole tour.

Not a whole lot to see in Zurich. Bus ride was fine and tour guide really tried, but overall a boring tour.

I was not happy with tour at all. The tour guide was boring and rude. Three languages is too much to translate for one tour guide.

This was disappointing. A boat tour on a barge was not what I expected, and it was way too short of a ride. The ride in the cable car was a joke compared to other cable cars I have been on in Europe; it was not what I expected with a rustic atmosphere. The bus tour guide talked about Tina Turner's house, which we could not see. The health organization building was interesting. The tour guide had to read from her notes on the Chagall windows in the church. It was a very, very short walking tour. I thought it was boring, and I talked to others who agreed. It was not worth the money.
