Combining these two tours makes a beautiful day in Zurich. You get to see the best parts of town, described by a very kind and knowledgable guide, with surprises along the way and a chocolaty finish!

Great day especially for us chocoholics! Surprisingly we did not go overboard - I suppose we expected the Lindt chocolate to be more of making the chocolate rather than just the sales outlet.

It was a very good coverage of the city of Zurich and having the Chocolate factory outlet as the icing on the cake. Maybe a brief visit to the actual factory would have made it even more interesting.

Being born and raised near Zurich and resided in Canada for almost 50 years I very, very much enjoyed the first part (Best of Zurich) of the tour. It really provided a good insight about Zurich. The bus driver was terrific and the guide was very knowledgeable and his English presentations were easily understood. I would recommend this part of the tour.
As for the second part, I don't believe it is money well spent. While the visits to view old rehabilitated industrial factories was very interesting it was basically a shopping tour. Perhaps the visit to the Lindt Chocolate factory outlet could be included in the Best of Zurich City Tour.

We had a great time on our trip to Zurich. Our guide was very informative and very accommodating. She was very particular with the time.However, we wanted to see more of Zurich as the sights were just a bit few. Going to the chocolate factory was a bit fun seeing all types of flavors and freebies from Lindt Outlet. The boat cruise in Zurich lake was lovely. Overall, our entire tour was good.

This tour was a lot better than trolley tour. You visit a lot more places in this tour including the cogwheel train ride, boat ride, residences of the rich and famous people of zurich, and the visit to chocolate factory. The fact is that you visit the chocalate selling shop not the actual tour of factory. This fact should be made very clear in the description of the tour.
Over all it is a very enjoyable tour for people who are pressed for time in Zurich. I will still recommend this tours to my friends.

We had a great time on the tour - got to see so much of Zurich that we wouldn't have been able to see otherwise. It would be nice to actually tour the Lindt Chocolate Factory versus just visiting the candy store. Our tour guide was very friendly and kept us on track.

The chocolate tour is just a visit to Lindt outlet store! I expected a tour over many different chocolateries with different flavors. The city tour is ok.

The first part of the tour through the town was good and very infromative, the second part of the tour to the Lindt Chocolate factory was highly disppointing however while we fully understood that there was no access to the actual factory it appeared that the visit to the "restaurant" was purely aimed at filling in time for the length of the tour.
