This is an excellent tour and our guide Gloria is one if the best tour guides we have had. She was well-spoken, informative, friendly, helpful and funny. She made the tour very enjoyable and the Rhine Falls were excellent. Much better than we thought they would be.
Guide was great and the Falls were breathtaking. Very impressed.

Enjoyable. We saw some of rural, agricultural Switzerland. And seeing the falls was well worth the trip.

Excellent tour guide. Totally professional attitude.
Guide friendly informative and helpful. Guide not advised of our pick-up point (airport- which was very clear on booking confirmation advise) - she advise office didn't tell her, so late pick-up. Falls a little disppointing- much taller falls in australia. Tour interesting and varied - enjoyed trolly bus/train.
