Excellent and throughly enjoyable. I would have given 5* if the coach was on time leaving the bus station for the first half of the trip.
The tour manager for the Rhine falls tour, Kalous (I think) was very informative.
A trip to Rhine falls comes highly recommended.

The tour bus arrived on time at the airport and we were immediately taken to Rhine Falls which was spectacular and lived upto expectations. The English guide was informing, friendly We were then promptly transferred to the 2nd part of zurich city tour. Happy with the tour but it comes at a cost.

This combination of tours allowed us to experience some of the Swiss countryside and the Rhine Falls, as well as taking us through thte city in Zurich. If not for the afternoon rain we experienced, the boat ride on Lake Zurich that concluded the "chocolate" tour, would have been a perefect ending to the day. Doing the three tours made it a pretty long day, and I think that people might be better off seeing the city on their own.

Rhine falls was amazing. It was well worth it. Best of Zurich city was ok. I guess the rain spoilt it. The chocolate factory outlet was great. So cheap, spent too much!! The ferry ride back was a great way to end the day. Only thing that we didn't like was that on the bus the commentary was given in too many languages. I had a huge headache from it and couldn't keep up with my native tongue as listening to 4 different languages one after the other with no gap in between was too much. Headphones would have been better for all of us, to listen to it in our own language!!!!

Rhine Falls was nice but note that you do NOT go to a chocolate factory- they take you to an outlet store. Also, make sure you check where your tour ends- mine ended at the boat arena when it said bus station.

While the Rhine Falls tour in the morning was excellent, the Zurich city tour in the afternoon was rather drab, may be because there is nothing much to see in Zurich. The unfortunate part was refusal by the coach staff to allow even children to consume snacks inside the coach since there was hardly any time to have lunch in the short gap between the tours.

The second part (The Best of Zurich) was really enjoyable, with the senior lady as Guide; but Rhine Falls Tour had not been value added.

The rhine falls are great, the boat takes you right between the two waterfalls and from there you climb to the top. Very nice trip. We took the super saver 3, which takes you the lindt factory, but unfortunatly that was not the case. We were very disappointed about this, cause we only saw the shop and not the factory. Way back was a great ride on the lake zurich. Overall i would give a 7/10.

I was a little bored of the tour. Not because of the tour guide but because of the fact that there is not anything worthwhile to see in Zurich. I was not amused to see the houses in Beverly hills or the university or the hospital in the tour. Rhine falls was also not that spectacular. The guide was good in explaining things but there was nothing to explain about.

The Rhine Falls tour started late because of the hotel pickups, so there was reduced time to spend at the Falls, it was very rushed. The only stop is at the Falls, although there are some lovely villages nearby. I think it would be worth extending the tour to include these villages. Next time I would go by train and spend more time and see more of the surroundings.
The city tour gives you a basic overview of the city sites, which you can then use to further explore on your own.
