Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. We only wish we would have had more time to tour around Zurich. The cable car ride up Mt. Felseneg was neat and the view was spectacular! The ferry ride across Lake Zurich was a new experience that we enjoyed. I would recommend this tour to others!

We enjoyed seeing the sights around Zurich. This tour is really beneficial if you are just arriving in the city and want to know where to go. We especially enjoyed the ride up into the "Beverly Hills" of the city. The ferry ride was nice too.

This tour was just OK. The guide did not provide much information about Zurich during the city tour portion. Sights were pointed out to us, but no history of the city or of the sights was given. Actually, the guide said very little. She seemed bored or sick. The ferry ride lasts about 15 minutes, and you are on a car ferry!! You barely have enough time to get out of the bus before you have to get back on. I would skip this tour.

We couldn't understand the guide's explanation, as she was trying to speak in three different languages. By the time we heard it in English, the scene would have passed by.

The lake cruise was made with a ferry boat. The walking tour is not enough.

Not a whole lot to see in Zurich. Bus ride was fine and tour guide really tried, but overall a boring tour.

I personally did not enjoy the tour as much I enjoyed the other tours because firstly, our tour guide was not interactive or funny which makes all the difference and secondly, we saw the same city every time we got out of it while going for other tours. We had a 3 day tram pass and could have easily used it on a boat which takes us around the city. It is a small city and you can walk around and spend your time buying things. Food is expensive so buy it from COOP which was a bit cheap. Being a teacher myself I found this trip like a school excursion as being a tourist I wanted to enjoy and not know so much of history and geography. A good funny guide like other tours could have made a lot of difference for the same tour. On the first day when you are tired after traveling you will not like to sit in the bus for hours, it's better to follow signpost and do it yourself and not waste a day in beautiful Switzerland. Take a 3 day pass which you can use to enjoy a city boat ride.

This tour was dry and boring, typical guided tour. The guide spoke English with a very strong German accent and the guide is really boring. This tour could really have been better.

There is nothing to see in Zurich. No famous sights, scenery, monuments, absolutely nothing. Nothing to offer for tourism. The tour anyway is very cramped up with hardly a breathing moment at any location. There are absolutely no scenic sights to watch during the cable car ride. Apart from that on the top of the mountain there was hardly time to capture 2-3 photos and then back down again. At the end there is NO boat ride across the lake. It is simply a 10 minute ferry transport crossing from one end to the other with the bus and cars inside the ferry.The maximum time spent at one place in the tour is inside a church where the tour guide explains for 20 minutes paintings on three glasses. There are a million more interesting things to do in Switzerland.

I was very disappointed as I felt the guide totally lost track of time during the middle part of the tour and lied about the time we were to get back; hence my husband and I missed our airport shuttle and spent a lot of money on a taxi. So I would not recommend this tour or the guide we had at all. Very disappointing.
