Board on an outrigger canoe for an amazing excursion across the BLUE LAGOON of BORA BORA. This latest is three times larger (80 sq. km.) than its land mass. It offers to the eyes an incomparable range of lights and colors. You will make a complete CIRCLE ISLAND TOUR to admire superb views.
You will then reach a choice diving spot near the reef, where you will have the most exciting experience of your life. A native guide will attract BLACK TIPPED REEF SHARKS with baits and touch them. At four to five feet in length, these sharks prove quite harmless as your guide feeds them with bare hands. You may watch the show from the boat or under the water, it is really an experience you won't soon forget. Don't forget your underwater camera to take some pictures to impress your friends back home.
You will then disembark on a private "motu" (islet) where the LAGOONARIUM is located. In a natural environment of the lagoon, the Lagoonarium offers you the opportunity to swim in three separate enclosed pools and enjoy close encounters with marine life (sharks, rays, jackfish, turtles, parrot-fish). You will be guided by natives who will show you how to approach carefully end even handled thes animals. Schools of tamed fish can be fed by hand. Enjoy a picnic lunch while visiting the Lagoonarium.
As the tour commences from the beach, this is a wonderful trip for the novice or experienced snorkeler, providing an incredible array of marine life and a beautiful sandy beach that has a wonderful and a mountainous backdrop.
After snorkeling, FRESH FRUITS will be served and you can relax on the beach before returning back.
