Absolutely loved it

This was great. The actors were very good and interaction with the group was great.

Absolutely loved it

Our whole family enjoyed this interactive horror house. The characters were very believable and brought you back in time. Although the ride Extremis was not operating at the time of our visit, a little disappointing, our overall visit was fantastic.

Absolutely loved it

This is much more fun than Madame Tussauds but not really suitable for kids. I got a few frights along the way as actors jump out and what I though were wax figures started moving. A really fun few hours in London and a great way to escape the rain.

The dungeon tour was funny and scary.

Very dark and claustrophobic. Enjoyable but once I've been I wouldn't go again.

The picture was a little misleading. I was expecting much more. The dungeon was long and became boring after an hour. The kids loved it all the way through.

An ok tour or attraction, was mainly just a walking tour through London history with some scary bits thrown in. Once again if you had nothing to do it was ok.

This was very good, but I still had to wait in line for quite some time.

If you enjoy standing straight up, stiff, shoulder to shoulder with about 400 other people, in a small area, with a line that doesn't seem to be moving then this is the torture for you. There is no 'skip the line' with this attraction. The basic gist is that you are herded into a queue with about four hundred people and forced to stand, while waiting for small groups of six or seven to enter every ten minutes. This was truly a dungeon and we exited after about forty minutes, without moving in the line but about ten feet. Don't waste precious siteseeing time.

If it hadn't been over 100 degrees in the dungeon, it might have been fine. It was so hot and humid that my party was only looking forward to getting out of there.
