Very convenient, well recognised. Good experience all round.

The NY Pass made it easy to find all the attractions and map out our sightseeing. It saved us a lot of money, and if you plan accordingly you can see a lot of attractions. However, beware that some tours require you to go at certain times, so it maybe hard to plan those. Overall it was totally worth it!

The New York Pass is an excellent choice for sightseeing in the city. The guidebook that comes with the pass contains the contact information and directions to every included attraction, which is very useful for those who don't live in the area. We bought the 2-day pass along with a 7-day Metro card, those two together are perfect. I strongly recommend the New York Pass above the other passes in the city. Not only is it a convenient plastic card, but the guidebook is easily carried in a jacket pocket or a purse. Most places we went to didn't allow us to jump in front of the line, so that is not included like it says on the site, but if you go at the right time of the year, we went in March, it's not necessary.

The New York pass saved us over a hundred dollars. It saves us time in the line up as well. I absolutely love it. Viator also the the price adjustment as well. I am very satisfied.

Like having the keys to the city, it makes it so easy and if it not covered on the card it's not worth seeing.

Well worth doing if you are on a trip to NY, got a 2 day pass and saw everything we wanted to and the bonus is that you don't have to queue. Added bonus is the discounts at Planet Hollywood.

The Viator New York Pass is a must in order to get the most out of your trip. We had the pass for 2 days and it was fantastic, we packed loads into our days. We picked it up easily at Planet Hollywood. There is a lot of free access and queue jump opportunities.
There were a few things in the book that were not accurate. These were as follows: You can only use the Empire State pass once. You only get 10 off in Planet Hollywood once, but the queue jump works both days, and on a Saturday when the queue is 3 flights down and all you've done is walk that's a godsend in itself! The staff at Top of the Rock also said it wasn't valid there, but it is.
This was my 3rd time back to NYC and the first time I've used this pass, and I would definitely use it the next time I go. It makes the trip so much easier and saves you a fortune if you want to hit the main tourist attractions. If you're planning on a trip to NYC, the Viator New York Pass is a must!
It was perfect. With the New York Pass we saved lots of time.

The NYC Pass was great! Planet Hollywood was open early, so we lost NO time! The young lady in there was fantastic - we even got a hat and lanyard as part of the deal. Great price getting this at Viator, made the deal even better! We went all over the city from north to south and had a ball - NO lines, and everyone was great. Thanks.

Having the New York pass was really useful, both much cheaper than paying individually, and also in helping to plan what we were going to do. Very easy.
