  2. How can I review a tour or activity on Viator.com?
    If you book a tour or activity with us, you can submit tour and activity reviews after your trip (we'll email you complete instructions, or you can upload them in the "My Tour Reviews & Photos" section of your account). For tours and activities, only confirmed Viator customers can submit a review. This helps us to prevent fraud, spam and other abuses.
  3. How can I review an attraction or recommendation on Viator.com?
    To review an attraction or travel tip, navigate to the appropriate page and click the "Add review" link. You must have an account to submit a review on Viator.com. If you don't have an account you can sign up here.
  4. I have an account but can't access the site and/or can't submit a review. What do I do?
    No problem, we'll look into it. Just send an email to reviews@viator.com with as much information as possible: your name, date of travel, tours and/or activities you purchased, etc.
