Once your booking is confirmed we will email you a voucher. This is your ticket and proof of purchase.
Please note: The 'Voucher Info' section details which voucher type(s) apply specifically for this tour/activity. Not all voucher types are accepted on every tour, you must refer to the 'Voucher Info' section to see which vouchers this tour is eligible for.
Paper Voucher Only
On the day of travel you must present a paper voucher in order to redeem your tour/activity. If you fail to present a printed copy of your voucher, you will be refused service and/or admission to the activity you have purchased. Viator will not refund, credit or otherwise compensate you for failure to present a printed copy of your voucher on the day of travel.
The supplier of this tour accepts both printed and electronic vouchers (e-vouchers). You can either print the voucher and present a paper copy on the day of travel. Or, if you travel with a mobile device, simply show your Photo ID and present your voucher on your Smartphone or tablet on the day of travel. For added convenience you can log into your account online and access your e-voucher. Or download Viator's iPhone or Android app after your booking is complete, and access your account and e-voucher from there.
Voucher Not Required
On the day of travel you can present a paper or electronic voucher for this activity, or you can simply present the Lead Traveler's Photo ID. Our supplier has your reservation on file and only requires proof of identity (valid photo ID for the Lead Traveler) on the day of travel.
