I love Vincent Van Gogh and this museum and the art it contains did not disappoint. It was a deeply moving and delightful experience. I highly recommend it.
The Heineken Experience was great, you get 2 beers at the end with your ticket/bracelet. Many interactive things to do. I suggest you get to the experience early as when I left around 1pm, the lineup was quite long. The Canals Pizza cruise was also good, you see all the sights from a canal view. Servers were very attentative and your drink never went emptyunlimited soda, beer, and wine. There was no bathroom on board so make sure you go before you board.
Museum was amazing and the Canal bus was great for seeing local sites at our leisure.
Food and cruise were very good.
It was very interactive from the beginning. There was very interesting information on the brewery and the family. All staff were pleasant, helpful, courteous and very informative. It being so interactive made the experience so interesting and fun more than other tours we have been on.
This was one of the best things I did while in Amsterdam! The Hop On Hop Off option was a great way to see the city and get around to some the museums. The Heineken Experience was a great part of the trip. I was able to skip the long line outside since I bought tickets in advance. This was a great combination value. I'd recommend this package to anyone visiting Amsterdam!
A canal ride through the most beautiful city on earth plus Van Gogh? How could you go wrong?
We loved Victoria! She was on time, knowledgeable, and took time to illustrate the fine details of the art we would have missed!
Absolutely would use her again!
One of the best trips that we have ever done. The staff couldn't do enough for you and the food was fantastic. Would definitely like to do it again.
The Heineken experience is definitely one not to miss. I was pleasantly surprised at all of the different interactive things they had available, it was a lot of fun and you could spend a lot of time in there if you wanted. The 2 beers at the end were pretty nice too! I would HIGHLY recommend the Pizza cruise! The food and drinks were delicious, the service was excellent, the waitresses even turned into knowledgeable tour guides with all kinds of great information. It was a perfect route where you got to see a lot of different sights. It was nice getting off of your feet, sitting back, relaxing with a drink and taking it all in from the canal level!!
Definitely a must-see tourist experience! With your purchase you are allotted 3 alcoholic drinks, one to use in their lounge and two to consume in the 20 minutes you are in the ice bar. You have 5 drink options while in the ice bar: Nutella vodka, vanilla vodka, regular vodka all shots, Heineken, or orange juice. If you are a beer drinker start with beer, if so they will give you a larger shot if you choose to do liquor afterwards as you are only allowed one cup in the ice bar. I will say they seem to be very generous and are wanting to get you drunk. I tried the Nutella vodka and she poured what I would consider a full shot and asked me to try it. Once I did and said I liked it she topped me off again, so I essentially got an extra drink. With the above said, I would still say this is suitable for children. Note: in the ice bar there is no mixed drinks allowed, only in the lounge.
This cruise was well worth every penny! The cheese and wine was of high quality, and the cruise itself is very romantic.
This is the best experience out of the three dinner cruises I've done in three different countries. The food and the service were excellent. Also, unlike the two cruises I had done before in other countries, they don't limit the amount of alcohol to 2-3 glasses per person and then charge you an arm and a leg for additional drinks. It's basically unlimited wine within a reasonable boundary. Maybe other cruises in Amsterdam do it as well, but I didn't check...
Also, I've notified the company beforehand that it was my friend's Birthday, and not only they sang to her, but also gave a bottle of prosecco as a gift. How nice of them! Small details like that are the ones that distinguish the best from the good. Definitely recommend!
This evening river cruise was great - the food was amazing and the accompanying wine was wonderful. Definitely recommended! Booked as a surprise for my wife and she loved it.
Couple of helpful tips - queue up at the boat entrance if you want a window seat as its first come first seated, though the fun is who you end up sitting next too anyway. You will see lots of sights lit up but not that much commentary, if you want to do the standard daytime cruise that one is probably more informative regarding places of interest and Amsterdam's history.

This tour was everything it says it's going to be and more. We had a wonderful experience at the museum even though Van Gough isn't my favorite artist you learn so much about his life through his art. The Hop-On Hop-Off pass is the way to go in Amsterdam. We took atleast 3-4 canal rides and it was a nice relaxing way to get around town and see more of the citiy. Highly recommend getting this canal pass when in town.
We had a great time defo return next time in Dam
