While we booked a 45 min flight - due to low clouds and fog we were offered the opportunity to reschedule, cancel or take a slightly different flight of only 30 minutes. We really enjoyed our 30 min flight, and the refund for the change was almost immediate. Will do this again soon

Words do not do it justice

Incredible! I'm from Florida.....enough said. YOU HAVE TO SEE THE GRAND CANYON IN PERSON! PICTURES DO NOT AND WILL NOT DO IT JUSTICE!! The tour was smooth and well worth the price. You will not regret it!!!
We had a great experience on our trip. The driver was knowledgeable & very friendly. While we stopped in William for a break, I twisted my knee stepping off a curb. After that he made sure to drop us off as close as he could to all our stops. While the rest of the group went to the second stop at the Grand Canyon & there was no wheelchair available there, he took me with the bus to 3 observation spots so I could see different views. It was so nice of him. We enjoyed it very much!

The Ultimate Grand Canyon Small Group Tour from Sedona or Flagstaff
Grand Canyon day trip review
, Dec 2019
DEC 28 2019 tour of Grand Canyon South Rim and Monuments, led by Arizona Tours Guide Cindy Morrow revealed the Grand Canyon in 23 degree winter splendor with crisp snow and clarity. National Park Service did a great job keeping roads and parking accessible. A once in a lifetime treat, Cindy made sure the tour group of nine was comfortable and accommodated. Narration on road trip highlighted natural features along the way and in the Grand Canyon. Recommended!
Due to weather, our tour deviated from seeing some of the highlights because of road closure. However, our tour guide Ty was full of knowledge from 27 years of experience. We were 9 in the van and Ty picked us up right on time. The sun came out often and the snow gave the Canyon so much more character. We had a great hot lunch with many different offerings. Because of road conditions, and we had never been to the Grand Canyon, taking this tour was the way to go if you're not familiar with this area. Thank you Ty for the wonderful day and great information.
This Grand Canyon day trip from Flagstaff or Sedona is limited to no more than 14 people, ensuring you enjoy a more personalized Grand Canyon experience. The tour blends ancient ruins, lava fields, majestic volcanoes, and amazing views throughout Grand Canyon National Park and the remarkable Painted Desert. Highlights include a drive along the South Rim and East Rim; visits to Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument and Wupatki National Monument; and a Southwestern lunch at a historic Navajo reservation.
Grand Canyon Tour with Sedona and Navajo Reservation Stops in One Day
Full Day of Fun and Excitement--Stunning Views!
, Feb 2020
It was a full day. We got our money's worth. We started off at the Sedona Park and made our way up to the Grand Canyon. The views were stunning. We ate lunch at the Mexican Restaurant just outside of Grand Canyon. The food and service were excellent. We ate together as a group. It was fun to get to know the other member of our tour. The Tower was wonderful. We enjoyed our stop at the Trading Post in Cameron. Rick, our guide and driver, provided a knowledgeable narration of the tour. He played appropriate music in the van too. Our pick up and drop off at the hotel was very smooth. It was a very fun trip!!!
The trip went well. Driver was nice and drove very smoothly and safe. I was able to take great pictures of the Grand Canyon, bought a few souvenirs and the restaurant we stopped at had good food. Only con was that the van was a bit uncomfortable, I couldn't take a nap without my neck hurting. I would still recommend this to anyone who wants to get a lot done in one day.
Visit Grand Canyon National Park, with a stop for pictures of the Red Rocks of Sedona, on this 13-hour tour from the Phoenix area. On the way, you'll also stop at Cameron Trading Post on the Navajo Reservation, where you can browse local crafts if you wish. When you reach the Grand Canyon, make stops in the park to see the natural wonder from multiple viewpoints.
Very cool experience, and one that I would ultimately recommend to others. That said, it was a little imbalanced that a party of 2 like my wife and I were placed in uncomfortable dining room chairs at a small and somewhat wobbly table, while a party of 4 was placed in two large and comfortable leather couches facing one another with a larger, lower coffee table in between. In a four hour trip, that makes a difference. Also, some of the best photo opps are not properly noted prior to happening, and require going through another car to the outdoor car, where some folks just stayed the whole time, cutting off the ability to get photos without people on the rail in the background.
Enjoy a 4-hour sightseeing journey by train aboard the Verde Canyon Railroad, which glides through the beautiful wilderness of the American Southwest near Sedona. Nibble light refreshments while traveling on the Verde Canyon Railroad through Arizona’s desert. Ride in a vintage train car or open-air viewing car to get a great perspective on the region’s natural and cultural treasures. See ancient cliff dwellings built by the Native American Sinagua people, historic mining sites and more as your train cruises along a route that follows the Verde River.
Pre-book tickets to Lower Antelope Canyon to explore a wonderland of sandstone waves, slots, and whorls. Since tours of the canyon are led by Navajo guides, you’ll get a cultural perspective on the important site. In addition, guides know all the best angles for photographing the canyon in every kind of light conditions, ensuring you bring home the best possible images.
Antelope Canyon Original Tour and Horseshoe Bend from Sedona
, Jan 2020
Antelope Canyon and Horse Shoe Bend are stunning and certainly worth a visit. I understand that interest in Antelope Canyon has grown substantially in the last decade, resulting in a bit of a touristy feel. There will be multiple guided groups of 12-14 touring with you. There’s a bit more space at Horse Shoe Bend, but still crowds of tourists even in the off -season. If you’re booking from Sedona, it is a 3 hour drive each way. Plenty of good views to enjoy and Sheldon, our guide, provided great commentary along the way. The passenger van is a bit tight. You’ll be shoulder to shoulder with someone, so make sure it’s someone you like! Lol!
This was by far one of the best excursions I have ever taken. Very well organized with so much pure natural beauty. Antelope canyon is truly indescribable and the pictures don't really do justice to the wonder and beauty. Our guide, Lynn, was both knowledgeable and fun. My only recommendation would be to allow for more time at Horseshoe Bend. I could have used more time there to soak in the beauty. Otherwise it was spectacular. Definitely a "must do"!
Explore the natural wonders of Antelope Canyon, a narrow slot canyon carved by wind and water through the ages. A Navajo guide helps you photograph the shifting light and creamy colors of the sandstone canyon, a must-see amid the splendor of the American Southwest. Views of Glen Dam, Lake Powell, and Horseshoe Bend are included en route from Sedona.
Our balloon ride was fantastic. Would recommend it highly. No hiccups whatsoever. Todd our driver and part of the balloon crew was very knowledgeable. Tommy the pilot with 14 years of flying experience put my fears to rest. The ride was so smooth and uneventful but the experience is everlasting!!
Take in gorgeous views of the Sonoran Desert and feel like you’re floating on a cloud during an exhilarating hot air balloon ride from Phoenix. You’ll experience the perfect start to your day followed by Champagne breakfast. Each flight lasts about an hour, with optional round-trip transport from your hotel.
Full Day: Grand Canyon Complete Tour from Sedona or Flagstaff
Informative and comfortable
, Feb 2020
An amazing tour. The Grand Canyon has been at the top of our bucket list forever. This tour was so much more. Mark explained the fascinating story of the geology and native peoples of the broader area in an engaging and easy to understand way. Having never considered myself a “tour” person, I am now a fan for life.
This tour was fantastic! Charlie was our tour guide but he was training two other guides who came from another company Burton and Frank. There were only two other couples in our group and so we weren’t crowded. The guides were so knowledgeable and we learned so much. The stops at the Canyon were awesome. Can’t say enough about the tour and the guides. I would book this tour without a thought.
Get a comprehensive view of the Grand Canyon and surrounding attractions during this day trip from Sedona. Take in views of the Painted Desert, see Native American ruins and volcanic lava flow fields. Ride in comfort along some of the country's most picturesque roads while listening to commentary from your guide. Entrance fees, lunch, and round-trip transportation from Sedona hotels included.
Small Group Grand Canyon Helicopter and Ground Trip From Phoenix
, Feb 2020
The guide was excellent. Knowledgeable, good driver and attentive. We found all the hotel pick-ups tedious as we were fist on and the hotels were very far apart. Could do with fewer pit stops. Long day but worth it.
I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Stan was our very helpful guide with lots of knowledge and information. Friendly and helpful. The helicopter ride over the Canyon was out of this world. I would highly recommend. What a beautiful place and what a way to see it.
The transport to and from was spacious and comfortable. If you’re not sure who to book with, I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.
This Grand Canyon day trip combines sights from both land and sky. After departing Phoenix, take a scenic drive including a stop along Route 66. Enjoy a scenic helicopter flight over the Grand Canyon, which follows the Colorado River. Grand Canyon West Rim Air and Ground Day Trip from Las Vegas
Ride of a lifetime!
, Nov 2019
Well organised with chatty knowledgeable crew. Fabulous trip, worth every penny. We were collected from our hotel on time in a minibus and the driver kept us entertained while he collected everyone
.The small aircraft trip was delightful. The best part was obviously the helicopter ride through the grand canyon and landing alongside the river. Amazing experience!
Escape to the Grand Canyon on this full-day sightseeing adventure. Enjoy a scenic flight from Las Vegas to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon, flying over Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the Colorado River. Then experience the breathtaking views from the overlooks at Eagle Point and Guano Point. As added options, visit the Grand Canyon Skywalk for a photo opportunity or descend below the rim of the canyon in a helicopter to experience a one-of-a-kind view. Las Vegas hotel pickup/drop-off included.
Conquer the rugged terrain of the popular Broken Arrow Trail in Sedona in a 4WD vehicle during this tour. Bounce along and hang on tight as your guide points out the important landmarks and photo ops among the red rock formations.
Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend Day Tour from Flagstaff
, Feb 2020
This is a fantastic trip to see some beautiful unique places. We enjoyed it in the off-season when there were no crowds and that made the experience even better. Our tour guide Matt was knowledgeable, friendly and really made this trip a memorable adventure.
Our guide Dave was relaxed, accommodating and knowledgeable. Horseshoe Bend is now accessed through a an easy walking track and is quite a sight to see. The real highlight of the trip was Antelope canyon. Something definitely worth seeing (Microsoft definitely used shots from there). Our guide Stacey even helped us get the best shots re lighting (sorry no option here to attach an example).
Explore Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend on this guided day trip from Flagstaff. Meet up your Navajo guide and begin to descend into the canyon, the rays of sunlight make for beautiful photos. Later, take a short hike to Horseshoe Bend, where the Colorado River snakes and bends and twists. It's one of the most dramatic spans of the entire river. A picnic lunch at Glen Canyon Dam is included.
Our tour guide, Gene, was awesome! He just gave us the need-to-know information but was also happy to answer questions. We were lucky to be put in a smaller group ahead of some larger tour groups so we were able to get some good photos with not so many people in them. Gene helped us take some great photos and showed us some of the famous formations. The tour was beautiful, but it felt like we had to keep moving so the group behind us wouldn’t overtake us. Even so, the tour was about an hour and we got tons of gorgeous photos. I can’t believe this place is real!
Our guide Dylan was absolutely fantastic. He showed me how to use my camera to capture the best shots. Took group pictures too. The slot canyon was a can't miss. It was the highlight of a great vacation. Beauty beyond words.
Discover the lesser-traveled depths of Antelope Canyon on a walking tour through the lower portions of this colorful sandstone slot canyon. One of the most popular natural attractions in the region, the upper sections of Antelope Canyon are typically crowded with tourists. This tour takes adventurous travelers down ladders, through the tightly carved sandstone, and into a part of the canyon most tourists don’t reach.
We had the time of our life yesterday! The magnificent breathtaking views, rich history, and the intricate sophistication and deep knowledge of Native American culture of our Tour Operator ---->Nate "Arizona" was a complete package of 100% perfection! Thank you and Kudos to Nate The Great! 👍🙌
On this guided scenic day tour from Phoenix, you will not only take in the breathtaking landscapes of this desert playground with plenty of photo opportunities, but you will explore ancient Native American ruins. With plenty of free time in Sedona to explore on foot, you might check out some art galleries, do some souvenir shopping, or even get a psychic reading. You also get to choose between a small-group or private tour, whichever suits your needs!
You have to see the canyon to believe it and even then it's hard to wrap your head around it.
, Jan 2020
Our tour guide Chris was extremely knowledgeable, a great tour guide! I don't think there was a single question he couldn't answer. So glad we booked this tour. There was so much we would have missed had we done it on our own.
This was a really great day trip from Sedona. Our guide, J. R. had plenty of entertaining stories for the long drive, about 2 hours one way. As a lifelong local, he knew a lot and we enjoyed listening to him. The rim visits were spectacular and J.R. was happy to help us get great pictures. He also brought along a telescope so we could look a little closer. A high point for me was our stop at the Kolb Brothers studio and of course, El Tovar lodge. I felt like the pace was perfect and J.R. knee exactly where to take us for the best photos and experiences.
Our guide Mark is a walking Google! He is a wealth of information. He made the entire bus ride interesting all the way Through. He took us to seven amazing scenic points! Anyone thinking about renting a car, and doing the canyon on your own, don't!
Pack in a full itinerary to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon on this day trip from Sedona. There was nothing Keaton did not know about the Canyon. He is passionate and totally invested in his role as a guide and the business - Canyon Dave ultimate tour. will be highly recommending him and the tour to others. don't miss out on a personalised informative tour.
Libbie and Charles
I had only 2 days to be at the Grand Canyon before needing to be back on the road to California. Using Flagstaff as a base of operations, The Grand Canyon Ultimate Tour was just what I needed to get the most out of Day 1. The tour included just the right amount of incredible views at a comfortable and efficient pace, allowing time to soak up the ambiance and even a short hike. Tim Wilson was an extraordinary guide. His commentaries allowed us to get the most out of the experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Grand Canyon and things related including hiking, camping, rafting, area history and Indian cultures.
I would highly recommend this tour for so many reasons. Our tour guide, Dustin, was incredibly well informed about anything we asked him. Even on the ride to the Grand Canyon he gave us the history of things we were seeing. I don't know if we could have easily navigated where we were going without the tour and the history was amazing. We saw old ruins and visited the geology museum and we would not have understood a lot of it without our guide. He even explained about the wildlife and informed us about the plants in the area. And we got to experience lunch on the Navajo reservation. A perfect day!
Explore Grand Canyon National Park and the canyon's South Rim on this full-day tour from Flagstaff. The return drive back to the Grand Canyon features a stop to shop for Navajo crafts. Continental breakfast and lunch included.
My bad. Had no clue that Vortex's weren't geological formations, but rather energy sources in the earth. The tour wasn't what I expected, but had I expected a mystical experience, I would rate it well done.
Thoroughly enjoyed the vortex tour. As a Reiki practitioner I have always wanted to experience the vortex's in Sedona. It did not disappoint! Lee was an exceptional guide, very warm and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this tour, and I would ask for Lee.
Explore the magic and mysticism of natural vortexes on this small-group tour departing from Sedona. Traveling the region by Jeep, you’ll visit several vortex sites around town and learn about their history, all with the help of an informative guide. Whether you feel the energy on your skin or experience a feeling of enlightenment, find out for yourself the powers of a vortex. Keep things simple with this small-group tour, limited to 15 people for a more intimate experience.
This is an excellent trip that you shouldn't miss when in Page, AZ. Our guide was great- he knows how to direct photo shots and helps you with great angles. Our time was at 10 am and coming from Phoenix was at least a 4 hour drive- suggest you come early but luckily we were still accommodated even if we were a few minutes late. There were clear signs to take you to Upper or Lower Antelope. The only thing I would comment is at the time of booking- we were not told where to go to and when I emailed to ask- I was informed to go to Ken's Tours and once we got to Ken's Tours we were told to check at the Upper Antelope venue. There was quite a confusion on where we should be until I mentioned that I booked my tickets through Viator.
Antelope Canyon is one of Arizona’s most impressive natural wonders—a slot canyon renowned for its dramatic swirling rocks and light beams. On this tour, explore the Upper Antelope Canyon, which is only accessible on a guided tour. With a local guide to show you where to go, visit the most magnificent parts of the canyon and find the best photo angles.
This is an opportunity to ride an ATV on a track. That part is fun for about 20 mins. However, I suggest that the word tour should be removed from the title. We weren’t told anything about the location or history. Lastly, the operation was unprofessional and haphazard. We were running an hour behind because the ATVs weren’t setup and ready to go.
We really enjoyed our ATV ride and loved our guide, George. We booked the 8am tour on Sunday and were the only two on the tour so it felt like a private tour. The tour lasted 3 hours, and we saw a ton of the area. George took the time to point out all the major places and to keep a pace that was fun but also comfortable as we were inexperienced ATV riders. I’d recommend this tour to anyone new to the Sedona area who is interested in seeing the red rocks from a different angle and covering a ton of ground in a short amount of time.
Unleash your inner adventurer on this ATV tour of western Sedona. Ride down a desert trail surrounded by red-rock bluffs, steep canyon walls, and trees to get to lookouts, vistas, and quiet locations away from the sightseeing crowds. See spots of Sedona that have been used as filming sites for more than 40 movies, and drive up to the top of Skeleton Bone Mountain.
One-Day Tour of Grand Canyon National Park from Phoenix-Scottsdale

Howard was knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge with us. He reacted with the entire group as if he knew us. He was genuinely concerned about our safety comfort and wanted all of us to have the best time.
Princely was an amazing tour guide full of information. It wasn’t part of the itinerary but we went star gazing afterwards. He took some pretty awesome photos too! One of the best tours I’ve ever been on so far!
