This experience was one of the highlights of our time in Athens. My wife and were the only people in our class, and the organizer and chef were kind enough to not cancel, leaving us with a private experience. We learned a lot about authentic Greek cuisine and experienced preparing and cooking Greek cuisine with fresh, simple ingredients. There is certainly some work involved in this experience, but that is part of the fun! After preparing a delicious Greek salad with fresh Feta, we made spinach and cheese pie, Papoutsakia a delicious eggplant dish, authentic Tzatziki, and finally Galaktoboureko, a creamy custard pie. Afterwards, we sat on the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of Athens and enjoyed our meal with a glass of wine. We highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to learn about and practice preparing authentic Greek cuisine.

This class is so wonderful, and Eva the instructor is fantastic. We got recipes of all the dishes we prepared to bring home. The dishes we prepared were things that Eva cooks for her own family, and they were all things I definitely see preparing again. I highly recommend this class to anyone who likes cooking and wants to learn about Greek culture and cuisine. It's a lot of fun.

Ofie was a phenomenal instructor! You definitely don't need to be an experienced cook - there are jobs for every skill level. We found it to be very helpful to do at the beginning of our time in Greece. Because we learned so much about the flavors and types of dishes in Greek cuisine, we were more apt to try dishes we weren't as familiar with. Definitely worth the time and money!

Interesting to learn about Greek cuisine, felt very welcomed. However the class was too long, too much talking by Maria in the first few hours, resulting in having the main course (which was very tasty) served at 10.45 pm. Probably would have been more enjoyable in a shorter time frame.
