With Domaine A occupying a premier position on the Langtons classification of Australian wine, & being the oldest vineyard in the Coal River Valley, the very earth whispers of the manifold stories it has produced over the years, & you will learn about that while tasting. In a totally different format are the ethereal Rieslings of Pressing Matters, with the Melicks displaying their love of the Germanic style with a Tasmanian twist, & a serious burgundian style Pinot Noir. A beverage tour wouldn't be complete without some whisky, and we happen to have Sullivans Cove Distillery in the valley, utilising larger casks and a unique still shape to produce their internationally awarded single malts, all explained on the tour with a tasting to finish.
