Nice show of lights and graphic slides that are reflected off of the chimmey's of the apartments.
, Sep 2019
Really nice display of furniture, the architecture as beautiful on the walls of the building. The light show as good, but they do have a free light show in the city during summer months that we missed, so we did the 10;20 show. The sound system needs to be improved to more of a base. It was difficult to understand the guide. Some walking involved and the little treats at the end, my husband liked. But they do have a restaurant that is attached and also a beautiful gift shop to browse. But over all a nice treat to see the night lights of Barcelona and have all the graphics set to music.
The night tour was good, nothing too amusing. The light shows and view at night were definately the highlight and also learning about the history behind La Pedrera. Not sure if the price is good though, I did feel it was expensive for what it was.
Feast your senses on the multi-sensory magnificence of a multimedia event within Gaudi’s La Pedrera. Immerse yourself in the unique majesty of an experience known as the 'La Pedrera Night Experience' and meander through the iconic landmark until you reach the rooftop, upon which a mesmerizing display of projections transform the architectural features into surreal and spectacular objects. Conclude your hypnotic evening with a chilled glass of cava as you admire the glittering lights of the city by night.

Alex was a wonderful tour guide. Very personable and knowledgeable about all of the tapas and drinks that were included on the tour. Highly recommend this tour the first day you are in Barcelona as she brought us to places I would have never known about. We were able to return to a few of the restaurants during our trip. Everything was delicious.
This is a must when visiting Barcelona! Our guide Francesc was awesome! We got a great understanding of the history behind each little neighborhood we stopped in for tapas. I highly recommend this tour.

Hot-Air Balloon Flight Over Catalonia with Pick-up from Barcelona
From $228.26 (Price varies by group size )
, Dec 2019
This is one of my top experiences.
We got lucky with the weather, we had a beautiful sunny day, and our balloon trip was really amazing.
We also loved that we started from the very early preparation of the balloon itself, and it was fun to help the staff at the end to put everything away.
By the way, the staff is great, nice, funny, and extremely prepared.
If I may suggest, when you book the flight, have the chance to change day, it all depends on the weather, and there might be the need to postpone the trip.
We loved our hot air balloon ride. The driver, pilot and assistant were all so courteous and informative. The company did everything to make our experience exceed out expectations. We highly recommend this become part of any Barcelona tourist’s itinerary. Locals would enjoy the flight as well, of course.
Soar above the sublime landscape of Catalonia near Barcelona on this early-morning hot-air balloon excursion. Night Tapas Walking Tour in Barcelona Old Town & Flamenco Show with Small Group

Love Jordana❤️ True representation of Barcelona
, Feb 2020
Jordana was amazing! She had so much passion for the city and knowledge. The experience far exceeded my expectations! The dancers were so animated. You could see the fire in their dance. We were lucky to have Jordana all to ourselves! She took us to little corners of Barcelona that we didn’t know existed. AMAZING!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Honestly, one of the best parts of the whole trip!
Jordana was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. Tailored the tour to our needs which was fantastic. The tapas were fabulous - loved the food a lot. We were a little confused about the Flamenco - and what it means or what they were trying to portray. It was definitely very energetic and the performers seemed to be enjoying themselves and each other’s company.
Really enjoyed this walking tour with Camilo. Originally we had booked this tour in hopes of meeting 4 or 5 other couples or small groups because you learn so much from interacting with folks from different places. As it turned out, the small group tour was only my wife and I. So we kinda had a private tour at group rate pricing. Camilo was very informative and had great stories to tell at each and every stop. He comes from a theatrical background and that lent itself well to each place we visited. For the tapas we stopped at a quaint little bar that was very enjoyable. We had plenty to eat between the three of us and made a point to stop back at this same pub on another night because the host and crowd were so welcoming. Flamenco show was neat but just OK. We were really expecting more enthusiasm and excitement with the show to get us revved up but maybe its a little lower key during the week than on a weekend night. All in all a very good tour, well worth the euros spent.
Lose yourself in the history, flavors, and passion of Barcelona on this walking culinary tour capped off with a live flamenco show in the city’s Gothic Quarter. Explore highlights of the old town accompanied by a local guide, then try tastings of traditional Catalonian dishes and drinks at a tapas bar. After satisfying your taste buds, experience one of Spain's cultural treasures with a live flamenco show at an authentic ‘tablao’ theater.
Girona, Figueres and Dali Museum Day Trip from Barcelona
Nice tour in a full bus
, Feb 2020
The city of Girona is a very beautiful medieval city, it is totally worth it. In Figueres, the only thing we saw was the Dali's museum, which is nice if you like Dali's work. If not, then don't go there.
We traveled in a full bus, which first picked up some tourist at a different location and then came to pick us up. The problem was that the first group occupied all the spaces throughout the bus, leaving single seats here and there, so that families in the second group sat all separate. I think that the company should have reserved half of the seats for the second group.
Sheila was our guide. We had a great time in Girona with the local guide then free time. If you want to see the entire museum, there’s little free time left to see the city. But the museum is worth it.
This is one of the best tours that we had for the whole month in Spain. Girona is the great stop and the walking tour is very easy. But Dali Museum is something very very special even for the person not profound in art like me. Wow! Must do! Overly impressed!
Discover medieval Girona and the Dali Museum in Figueres, where the artist Salvador Dalí was born, on this day trip from Barcelona by air-conditioned coach. With a guide, take a walking tour of Girona’s picturesque Old Town. Learn about the city’s wealth during the Middle Ages and admire the Cathedral and colorful houses huddled along the Onyar River. After free time for lunch, travel to the Dali Museum in Figueres. View the flamboyant, egg-topped exterior of the Dali Theatre-Museum and explore its collection of paintings, sculptures and jewelry.
It was a lovely day out! Perfect if your looking for a bit quieter tour without too much rush. The timing was perfectly organised with perfect balance between the time off and explanatory part.
Delicious meal in a beautiful place.
Valentina does a really good job and makes sure everyone is comfortable and enjoys the trip.
Also the driver, Marius did so well getting us safely up there and back and going through that rough and narrow path that led to the restaurant.
Thank you so much!
This was a wonderful day with my 14 year old. Took all the stress out of finding our own way there and gave us not only some interesting stories about the monestary and the surrounding area, but also time to roam around on our own. The guide was great and the meal at the farm was fantastic. Great scenery and plenty to eat and drink. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Enjoy a memorable day out in Montserrat and escape the hustle and bustle of Barcelona, you can appreciate a complete experience where you will visit the Monastery of Montserrat and have a 3 course menu with a breathtaking views while living a unique experience. Take home exclusive memories in this amazing day in the countryside!
Montserrat is an ideal trip to spend a fun day in nature, just a few kilometers away from Barcelona.
Once this massif is observed from a distance, it is easier to understand the importance of this mountain when it comes to influencing the traditions and culture of the regions that surround it.

Best Tour I’ve ever taken.
, Nov 2019
I loved everything about this tour. The places we visited were great, the tour was done at a very nice pace with stops for a snack and later lunch. Our guide was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this tour.
we had a really nice day and got to see a lot more than expected and got to see Barcelona across. super gouide who was good at explaining everything we got past. and top of it all was the visit inside the sagrada Familia.

Montserrat Royal Basilica Half-Day Trip from Barcelona
A must see!
, Feb 2020
Would definitely recommend seeing Montserrat if you are traveling to Barcelona - the views from the mountain are spectacular. The bus ride out and back was nice - big coach buses. The guide talked about the history of the area on the way out but she was a bit difficult to understand. There was no commentary on the way back.
Clara was Very helpful and knowledgeable. She did the tour in english and spanish. Huge credit to her. The only negative thing is the time given to visit the cathedral , walk the viacrucis, licor tasting and audiovisual is not enough to accomplish
Tour still worth it, good value for your money as the place is at least 1 hour away.

Travel by coach to the spectacular, mountainside Benedictine abbey, one of Spain’s most popular pilgrimage sites for its revered "Black Madonna" statue. Then, enjoy free time to explore, making this one of the most flexible Montserrat tours from Barcelona available.
We visited three places (Girona, Pals, Costa Brava) and all three places are beautiful. We also got free time to walk around by ourselves. The only thing that is not very satisfied was the restaurant that the guide picked for us - definitely overpriced. Other than that, we are happy with the trip.
Leave Barcelona behind, and head for the medieval city of Girona and the scenic Costa Brava. Marina was our tour guide and she became more than just a guide, she became a friend in Barcelona. She was very knowledgeable with the city of Barcelona not only with the big attractions but with little restaurants that were friendly and the food was great and the prices were just right. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a non pressure friendly excursion.

Montserrat and Penedès Small Group Tour with Hotel pick-up from Barcelona
From $110.34 (Price varies by group size )
What a lovely tour
, Nov 2019
We got very lucky. Monia was the BEST guide. We signed up for the small group, but since it is low season, we ended up with a private tour. Monia picked us up in a private car right on time. We drove to Monserrat. It was a very clear day, and we had views all the way to to the sea and the French mountains from Montserrat. The tour was very informative -- perfect mix of culture, history and politics. We got seats early (12:15) to listen to the boys choir at 1:00pm. DO NOT MISS THE BOYS CHOIR! I had goosebumps on my goosebumps. We then grabbed a lunch and took a short ride to Penedes to drink the corpinnat (fancy cava). I liked it so much I had a case shipped home. It was nice because Monia tailored the tour to our wishes and time frame. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to go to Montserrat and cava country.

Montserrat Hot-Air Balloon Experience & Monastery Guided Visit from Barcelona
, Oct 2019
The tour is everything that all of the other reviews say it is. The experience was incredible, the balloon ride was very smooth and the views at sunrise can't be beat. Our group only consisted of 7 people so that was very manageable. We were given a little snack and juice which was a nice touch and helped to roll up the balloon afterwards which was cool and then finished that portion of the trip off with a champagne toast. The monastery was also great with spectacular views and the cable car ride was fun. There was a little outdoor market area as well and a very large store for shopping which you are given a short time to browse which we enjoyed. Ok, the reason for taking away one star was because on the day of the trip we met at the time and location according to our voucher and found ourselves in a dark alley and the company closed. We called and got a recording stating the business did not open for another two hours but to either call the after hours number or send an email. We did both and got a VM and did not get an email response so we panicked thinking we missed our trip due to an error on our part and was out 20 euro for cab rides both ways to our hotel (not too mention getting out of bed at 5:45AM that morning). When I called shortly after the office opened that day I had learned that the trip had been cancelled but no one contacted me and they were booked for the following day already so we made the decision to ride with them two days later at the cost of spending over 200 euro in change fees to move our flights because that was our last day in Barcelona so we were not happy about the lack of communication for sure about this situation. That aside, this excursion was the highlight of our trip and the guide and all supporting staff was excellent and knowledgeable.
First time for this adventure. We didn't know what to expect, but it surpassed our expectations. Personnel was friendly and attentive, always looking for our enjoyment. The Monserrat tour afterwards felt rushed, but great guide overall.
The hot air balloon experience was amazing!! You do have to get up early (6am) to try this experience but it was a once in a lifetime kind of experience and it was well worth it. The Montserrat Monastery had magnificent views. Best to take beautiful photos. Take this trip and you will not regret it!
Mountainside Montserrat Monastery is a must-see in Barcelona, but traveling there independently means contending with driving, parking, or train or bus timetables. This guided tour eliminates the effort and combines your visit with an early morning hot air balloon ride—a combo difficult to arrange alone. Admire the needle-shaped Montserrat peaks from above and then explore the monastery with a guide to learn facts about its history you’d otherwise miss.
Savor Spain - A small group food, wine, history & culture tour in old Barcelona
Truly great way to see and taste Barcelona.
, Jan 2020
This was an excellent experience. We had such an amazing time. We walked all around the city and our guide shared so much history with us. The food tastings were incredible. Truly the best of the best of the city. We had churros on the tour that were incredible, we then tried churros on La Rambla and they were definitely not as good. The best way to taste Barcelona. Our guide was so knowledgeable and talked about how the foods became part of Barcelona. So glad we decided to do this tour. We were only in Barcelona for 2 days, and would have been wondering around aimlessly otherwise.
Reflecting on our wonderful 2019 with Brian and Wanderbeak
, Jan 2020
Its been quite a year, 2019, highlights of our year was definitely our trip to Barcelona, Spain in early October. One of the special moments that made our trip so special was our “Savor Spain Tour” with our amazing guide Brian from Wanderbeak.com though Viator. He was fun, full of energy and we could totally relate. Coming from the states himself we could definitely understand why he met Barcelona and knew he was going to ultimately stay. He gave us a fantastic tour through the different parts of Barcelona and his favorite haunts. Delicious food and drinks and unique destinations. One of our favorite stops was the Four Cats and he know why, being artists ourselves. Thank you Brian. We will surely be seeing you and Barcelona again. Curt & Rita
Eat your way through Barcelona on this guided tour. Stroll through the neighborhoods of Raval, Gotico, and El Born and stop at least six different local spots. Sample 15 regional dishes and eight drinks, including wine, beer, and vermouth. As you taste each sample, your guide will tell you about the history and culture of the city.
Wine & Cava with Tapas & 4WD Vineyards Experience from Barcelona
, Dec 2019
We had an awesome time. The staff was wonderful the vineyard was beautiful, the design and workmanship of the both vineyard was amazing. The wine and cava was good. You can also purchase and have it shipped. I recommend this tour you wont be disappointed.
This was a good cava tour. The wineries we visited were absolutely beautiful and the drive through the vineyards was nice (It was a beautiful day, so that helped). The cavas were all great, but the red and white wines were a little lackluster for us! Mostly a preference thing and had some hefty price tags. Tapas were small and just average small bites. There was some dead time between each wine where we were just waiting for the next wine and the tour could have been shortened up quite a bit by moving some of that faster. There were also no chairs throughout the entire tasting. Overall it was okay, definitely not our favorite wine tour. If it had been a bit shorter, I would have enjoyed it more.
Become more acquainted with Spain’s Penedes region on this cava-and-wine-tasting tour that sets off from Barcelona. We had a very knowledgeable guide and with a small group, it was an excellent experience. Marc had a good command of English, answered our questions, and provided a lot of information of Gaudí and the history of the basilica.

This is a great tour to take. Aleix was our tour guide and he was very good. He was passionate about the club, knowledgeable about the stadium, and he genuinely seemed to enjoy telling us all about it. The tour shows you all the highlights and Aleix does not rush you through it. I would highly recommend this tour.
We had such a great time in the tour. Aleix is so knowledgeable with everything about Barça. He exceeded our expectation from beginning to end. Professional, relatable and a key person to the tour team. We are definitely going to be back to Barcelona and would not hesitate to book this tour again.

A great evening in Barcelona. Our guide Veronica was excellent, very well informed and with good humor! We visited three very authentic restaurants that we never would have found on our on. The food and wine was top quality and the insightful historical information provided by Veronica was wonderful. This was a delightful evening!
We enjoyed this tour immensely! Our guide was so engaging and informative. Even though it happened just as Le Merce was starting, and the crowds and energy was through the roof, she didn't miss a beat. As a matter of fact, she embraced what the festival was all about and included details of it in the tour. We loved her! The stops were wonderful, the Gothic neighborhood was magical to wander through in the evening. Fabulous, just fabulous experience! We'll probably book the Paris food tour when we visit next spring, based on how much we enjoyed this one.

When I originally booked this tour, I was excited and intrigued by the novelty of touring a city by motorbike/sidecar. As a long time motorcycle rider, this seemed to a chance to view a city in a unique fashion, but in a mode to which I was familiar. I also wanted my partner to experience the wonders of Barcelona in a memorable fashion. The events that transpired over the course of our half day venue, far exceeded my expectations. And the key to it ALL was our guide, Tarek. The combination of his personality, charm, enthusiasm, local knowledge & sense of history was such that the only possible outcome, was to have the time of lives! He started off by being prompt in picking us up at the hotel, introduced us to the bike and got my partner comfortable with the mechanics of how to operate in the sidecar. We then embarked on a wondrous tour of the city, that gave a terrific overview of Barcelona and provided much needed historical context, along with geographical reference points of the various district/quarters. One unexpected plus to our 1/2day journey was the joy we seemed to give to the numerous on-lookers that waved to us, offering thumbs up and big genuine smiles! Tarek made a comment that this was his first job in which so many people constantly smiled at him. While I will admit that riding on a motorbike and/sidecar is not necessarily for everyone, I would highly encourage you to try it, because it is a "once in a lifetime" event. And if you do sign up, be sure to ask for TAREK. He is the best!
Giorgio was a fun well informed guide. He took us to everything worth seeing in Barcelona; including former site of the ‘92 Olympics & pointed out the former competitive swimming & diving facilities are now available to citizens of Barcelona. I rode behind Giorgio & never felt scared & he did slow down on the 2/3 curves we had. My husband sat in the sidecar. A favorite tour we won’t forget!
Opt for an alternative sightseeing experience in Barcelona during a private tour by motorbike and sidecar, the ideal choice for couples and first-time visitors. Rather than navigating the large city on your own, you’ll travel to a mix of lesser-known places and iconic attractions with your private guide, from whom you’ll receive undivided attention.
