When to Get There

The aquarium is open daily year-round, with reduced hours from November to March. One of the best times to explore the aquarium exhibits is during the scheduled dolphin show, when up to 3,000 visitors crowd into the stadium ensuring that the other exhibits are less crowded. Avoid visiting on summer weekends and Chinese national holidays when crowds are heavy.
