This was brilliant and definitely a must if you are travelling to the Blue Mountains independently. We exchanged voucher right outside the train station and the bus stop was just across the road. The tour guide was very informative and even stopped the bus on a couple of occasions at beauty spots to give us a bit more detail about the history and some stories of the area. We included the Scenic World rides as well and we spent about 3 hours there - it was brilliant and beautiful. Definitely worth getting there as early as you can as it gets busy with the coach tours turning up about lunchtime. Fantastic day out highly recommend and one of our highlights from our trip to Australia.
Excellent tour! Great opportunity to tour the Blue Mountains. Highly recommend the Waradah Aboriginal Centre. Excellent performers and great representatives of Aboriginal peoples, culture, and history.
Good way to get to all the sites in the Blue Mountain area, especially for first timers as we were. The drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable, making good recommendations. They were also impressive with their multi-language greetings. Price is also good for what you can get out of it.
an excellent way to get around the blue mountains , the bus comes around every30minutes , you can even walk the distance between some stop and catch the bus after that . All the bus drivers are excellent guides very knowledgable and extremely helpful !! Tabitha helped us with our venture to view Leura's cascade , thank you Tabitha !!!
Bus made it simple to get around the Blue Mountains. It has many stops at hiking sites we wanted to stop at and then could re-board the bus to get back to our hostel. Would definitely book the bus again!
Easy to use and get around Katoomba and the main sights. However, Nature did not cooperate with us, so we experienced the Blue Mountains in the drizzle and fog. Still had a good time exploring Scenic World and the trails. We also enjoyed the Waradah Aboriginal Centre's program.
The guide on the bus was very informative.
Had a great experience in the blue mountsins
Took the "Blue Mountain" Train route from Sydney (7:30 Departure - 2 Hours). The Blue Mountain "Hop on/ Hop off" office is located at the bottom of the stairs when exiting the train station (outside). Upon issuing the "Pre-Paid" voucher, I received my hop-on/ hop off bus documents within 5 minutes in which I then walked directly across the street/ waited in order to catch the 1st bus stop which was at 9:45 am. Around stop number 11, got off the bus to the "Scenic World Rides". I recommend taking the Train, Skyrail, Cableway rides prior to the rainforest/ trails due to the fact that there was no waiting in line in the morning; however, as some of the large tour busses arrived later in the day, there was a longer waiting time to ride these items. Took the rides and then did the scenic trails in which this is where you actually get the BEST pictures of the 3 Sisters, Blue Mountains, etc. Alot of walking in the trails; however, very peaceful walks and the views are worth the walk. Great Day! You can spend as little as a couple of hours at this location or several days to actually have time to complete all of the nature trails.
This was an awesome trip and thoroughly recommended for the energetic .. Scenery and blue skies were amazing.. Organizing all went smoothly and company was magic. Mark as guide did a superb job and we all had alot of fun.. Will definitely book with these guys again on the next trip to Australia :-)
Doing what: Blue Mountains Small-Group Day Hike
Loved the Blue mountains but was not able to do all the stops and lots of walking. Seemed long to wait between buses.

Good information and very nice drivers. Treally a nice way to tell ablut the blue .ontains, they made us laugh.
Loved the Blue Mountains-if you choose this trip could be done independently but booking ahead took any hassle away.
We really enjoyed the opportunity to Hop on and off at our leisure, but, we were misunderstanding the concept. Which was very kindly explained by the 'tour operator' at Katoomba. We were staying at Darling Harbour - the tour actually works best for those that are staying in the Blue Mountains, it took us about 2.5 hrs to get to the start of the tour at Katoomba. However, we made the most of it and worked out which were the most important things to see and do, given our limited time and the weather conditions. Great concept, but, perhaps a bit more explanation of the best way to utilise the tour, would save confusion.
