The Italian people are very hospitable and love having the house full of friends to celebrate. This is how the Foss Family welcomes visitors to their home and offers the tasty Caffè Della Nonna with homemade breads baking out of the wood-fired oven, delicious fruit jams, fresh butter, cheeses, salami, cooked sausage and more. Of course, we can not forget the polenta which is a dish that represents well the Italian cuisine. Drinks included: apple tea with cinnamon, lemon juice with vanilla, black coffee and coffee with milk, grape juice and orange, dry and soft red wine. Lots of music and joy with animation and participation to sing Lá Bella Polenta and have fun with the family. You will also visit the Centennial House, the Fioreze Museum, and the Erva- Mate Marcon.
