I would definitely recommend this tour. Sulvia our guide picked us up at the agreed time and dropped us back by 8. You can tell he is passionate about his profession when you listen him speak. The tour was worth it with sufficient breaks and time to see the castles. At no point did we feel rushed. Go for it :)

This 2 day tour was excellent! Because it was 2 days, we could really enjoy the entire area. Sighisoara was really amazing, a quaint Medieval town. His driving skills were excellent and his personality made the experience special.

2 castles with one ‘crazy’ guide
, Feb 2020
Boogie our driver and guide certainly had the gift of talking. He included us in all the jokes and stories. At the end we were all singing to his favourite tunes. Time was tight at both castles (less than advertised) but time at Braşov was longer for time to get a meal and a stroll around this lovely town. A very pleasant and memorable day trip. Would recommend TravelMakers team.
The castles were neat and very pretty, but the thing that made the trip amazing was the tour guide, Boogie. He was very nice, generous, and overall helpful. Was never without a smile or joke, and made sure that we all had a good time and were well informed of everything that we were doing. I would recommend him to anyone that is interested in taking this trip.
Great day out from start to finish, serban riga our tour guide made the day with his humour and knowledge, not forgetting the driver who did a tremendous job getting us around Romania.. castles are stunning and serban pulled out all the stops to get us in Dracula castle 1 hr after it actually closed due to bad traffic.. 100% recommend 😁😁

Car seat was very uncomfortable
, Jan 2020
The tour was good. But please do not sell the center seat of the van in front for long travels. It was very uncomfortable, small and there's no enough leg room. I think for an adult to stay in a stiff position for 2 hours or more isn't a good idea.

Tour guide recommended that this tour should not be done in winter....so we had low expectations.
However we had an awesome day. With great sunny weather. We stopped to change money at the border so dont worry about get Lev before you go.
The rock monestary was a good site, bit death defying stairs but really good.
The fortress was great, very steep hill or stairs. The church at the top is like nothing I've ever seen before amazing !
Great restaurant suggested by our tour guide, delicious food.
Time for shopping and souvenirs in a very nice city.
A long day for a couple of sites but a good glimpse of bulgaria in 1 day.
Tour guide was good, felt safe and comfortable in his mini van.
Would definitely recommend this tour.
Our tour guide was wonderful! I am sorry to say I don't remember her name. I would recommend tour guides wear name tags or give a name card...travellers are so tired we do forget names sometimes. The tour was delightful. The sites were absolutely beautiful. Restaurant recommendations were fabulous. Take some money to shop! The prices are wonderful!
The guide on our one day trip was exceptional. Nice, easy going and informative. A long day but the van was very comfortable and the guide had lunch with all of us in a restaurant that he picked. It was great and I appreciated not having to look for food on my own. i wish I remember his name because he was really exceptional. I saw things that I would not have if on my own.

A great day visiting Peles, Bren and Brasov. Alexandra was a very knowledgeable guide and we leant a lot. Weekend was very busy at both castles, even in November, so if you have the chance to go during the week, do.
We opted to do a private tour due to my wife's car sickness. Felt she would be better in a car than a bus on the switchback roads. Not only was it good for her the guide was fantastic!!
We had Alex as our guide and he was very informative, knowledgeable, nice and full of good hints. I would book a trip with him whenever possible.

DANA our tour guide was exceptional, assisted us with every detail including a change of days for the tour. We got to see a lot of history in the Armenian and Jewish sectors and spent time in both market areas where Dana purchased cheese and vegetables for us to eat together in an area with lots of locals.
The ruined bar was also a joy to visit.
This tour is a must if you want to see Bucharest from a visitors perspective with a knowledgable tour guide.
This tour was so much in large part of our tour guide, Bogdan. He was super funny, provided a ton of info about Bucharest and made an amazing salad from the farmers market. He was so much fun my friends and I booked a other tour with hi. A few days later. If you love food, walking around citi3s and laughing then I highly recommend this tour. Make sure Bogdan is your tour guide too

Great day out to peles castle, bran castle, and brasov. A very long day but definitely worth it.
Theres is no photos inside peles castle unless you pay an extra 35 lei. They are very strict on people taking sneaky pics. Bran castle is up a steep hill and was slippery so good shoes a must. Entrance to all sites is not included.
Our tour guide Alex was great, very friendly, helpful, recommended a good restaurant in brasov. We had different guides in each of the 2 castles, both very good.
We entered the black church at brasov, it only cost 12 lei to enter but theres not much to see inside.
Definitely book this tour !

Memories for a lifetime
, Nov 2019
We had a limited time to try and see as much of Romania as possible and believe me, this tour delivered. Gabriel picked us up at 7:30 sharp and spent the next 14 hours driving, entertaining and educating us about the country and the places we visited. He has an amazing memory for dates and interesting facts. Be warned, it is a long day and in hindsight we probably should have spent the night in Brasov to make it less hectic. But Gabriel made an exhausting day fly.
This tour was more entertaining than we were expecting. Our tour guide, Christian, brought the fun along with all the knowledge. We loved his open candor about all things. It was refreshing,
Some people may find going to Dracula’s castle as cheesy but we loved it. It gave us an opportunity to see other parts of Romania and We would recommend it to anybody traveling here. The highlight for our group was Brasov, a quaint medical town.
We did a private tour and happy we did that because Christian was super flexible about what we saw and did. He was open to making updates depending on our goals.
It’s worth it he just be warned you’re in the car for a long time. If you get Christian it’ll feel like no time because he’s so damn entertaining
